Our condo community offers a designated parking space, an inviting pool, barbecue area, and coin operated laundry facility.
Our charming condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs unit. The livingroom boasts a comfortable modular sectional that can be arranged to create an additional 58x58" sleeping area! There is a new 65" smart television for your viewing pleasure.
We have a coffee/wine station that is stocked with a Kuerig, an electric tea kettle, and a traditional coffee brewer. Open the drawer and find a variety of coffee, a variety of teas and hot chocolate. There's also a bottle chilling mini fridge for wine and other beverages.

The kitchen is filled with all the basics and then some! We have rice cooker, Insta pot pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and more. There's a drawer with foil, baggies, saran wrap, and parchment paper.
We honestly tried to think of everything.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, fresh clean linens, extra pillows, plenty of closet space, a smart tv, window fan and window air conditioner.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. You won't be making phone calls for toilet paper or towels...we are well stocked!
