The perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Shaded by palm trees and on the second floor, the light breeze keeps the temperature perfect. The one bedroom/one bathroom unit features a fully stocked kitchen, private lanai with garden view, and a dedicated parking spot.

Alii Villas features a pool, BBQ, and beach access. Enjoy sunset views at the beach to catch the famous "green flash" when the sun goes down. Minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona.

Relax in our thoughtfully designed living area, featuring comfortable seating, layered lighting, and a smart TV. While the living room does not have and AC unit, it does enjoy the cooling trade winds that blow gently through the large windows and sliding lanai door. When coupled with the ceiling fan, you'll enjoy a comfortable temperate even when it's hot outside. The brand-new sleeper sofa is extra comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

Your private lanai is ideal for meals outdoors. The lanai closet is packed with beach gear: snorkel equipment, water shoes, floaties, beach chairs, and a cooler, making beach days easy.

The bedroom is designed for restful nights, with a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper and plenty of pillows. The walk-in closet offers lots of storage, and the ceiling fan and AC unit ensure a comfortable night-time temperature.

Our kitchen has everything you need to cook, including knives and all the essential tools. For families, we provide a high-chair, pack-and-play, and kid-friendly dishes.

There is a dedicated parking stall immediately next to the stairs leading to the unit, making unloading and loading a breeze.

We're passionate about the ocean, so you'll often find us snorkeling in the clear Kona waters.
