Enjoy the ski-in convenience, being just steps to the Quicksilver Chairlift and all the shops and restaurants that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. The building includes underground parking, elevators and use of the Columbine pool and hot tubs.

âą Access to the Columbine Pool, located across and just down the street. Features 4 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool. This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2025 CLOSURE dates:
Spring maintenance 4/13/25-5/22/25
Fall maintenance 9/14/25-10/9/25
The Clubhouse is not on-site and is located across the street and down a brief path from the building (approximately 100 yards). Please adhere to the Columbine Pool Rules listed in the house manual.

âą Walkable to Main Street Station shops and restaurants (approximately 350 yards or .2 miles). Main Street is just on the other side of Main Street Station.
Maximum Occupancy: 6
Parking Limit: 2 - additional or oversized vehicles that cannot fit into the garage (height restriction 6'1") or a standard parking spot would need to park overnight at either the Ice Rink Lot or the Airport Rd lot. Both are pay lots. The Ice Rink is the closest ($15-$25/night) and Airport road is a little farther away ($5-$10/night). You can check out Breckpark for more info on rates and location.

Ski In Directions: Ski back down to the Quicksilver Lift (Silverthorne Run) and walk 4 minutes back to the condo.
The Maggie building, located adjacent to the Quicksilver Lift has day and overnight lockers for rent where you can store your gear.
The Village is located just next to the Maggie. There is a lift ticket office, ski school, several gear rental shops (Christy Sports and Breck Sports) all located here.
Other things to note:
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

> There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
