Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property. There is no garage parking available.

Clairemont is a charming and centrally located neighborhood in San Diego, offering a perfect blend of suburban comfort and city convenience. Known for its family-friendly vibe, Clairemont features tree-lined streets, parks, and easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just minutes from San Diego Bay, beaches, and downtown, it's a great spot for exploring the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around the neighborhood if you'll be exploring! Uber/Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

Other Things to Note:
OTHER TO NOTE: Up to 2 pets are allowed at this property. Please note there is a $125 fee per pet. The spa heat is complimentary. However, please note there is a $100 charge per day to heat the pool and you need to request it heated at least 72 hours prior so we can make a note to turn it on prior to your arrival. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
