Welcome to your perfect home base in Moab! This modern and beautifully maintained townhome is located on the south end of town, just 15 minutes from Arches National Park, 45 minutes from Canyonlands and Deadhorse State Park, 10 minutes from downtown Moab, with endless outdoor adventure! Inside, the home features two spacious king bed suites, each with its own private bathroom, plus a convenient half bath and a sleeper sofa on the main floorâideal for families or small groups.
Enjoy breathtaking desert views from the front and back patios, or unwind in the community pool and hot tub after a day on the trails. The community also offers a playground, tennis and basketball courts, and picnic areasâfun for all ages!

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather.
Other things to note
Arches National Park does have timed entry April 1st to October 31st, donât forget to reserve your spot.
Ticketed entry will run from 7 am to 4 pm daily. Those without a ticket may enter the park before 7 am or after 4 pm. The park is open 24/7.
