Amazing little get-away!

Beautiful property right on the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, best sleep I've ever had away from home. Will recommend and would book again if we come back to the area.

Very nice weekend

Great place to relax and spend time with your spouse. Very clean very nice very relaxing. We will definitely book again. Lots of restaurants nearby. We did not need anything fixed or had any issues. But as attentive as the grounds crew and owner were I am positive any issues would have been fixed immediately.

Stunning Property & Friendly Owners

The home was easy to access, very clean, and absolutely beautiful!!!! The owners were very kind and helpful throughout our stay and the booking process! The view was incredible and the bed was so comfortable!!!! Would 100% recommend!!!!

Couples retreat

This is just a cute little one room couples retreat. It has basic amenities, but if you’re after is to sit on the back deck and overlook the water, you also get to see all kinds of ships going in and out of the shipping lanes.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful place, so peaceful and quiet. Super friendly host and guests. La view was just beautiful. Loved all the art on the walls. This was the second time we stayed at come Friday cottages and will surely come back.

Beautiful view and grounds

Wonderful view from the private balcony or sitting on the swing at the waterfront palapa. Beautiful grounds and facilities. Owners are very friendly and responsive. Convenient to Kemah boardwalk and several great seafood restaurants nearby. Not too far from Galveston for a day trip there as well.

Hidden gem

We loved our stay at the LaView. It’s a great couples getaway spot. The location is good being near Kemah. They have a great fishing pier and several hot tubs and a pool. It’s a bit eclectic but perfect for us. We caught trout and a 30” red drum!
