Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $120 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.

Parking: cars can park in the driveway, and there is free street parking available.

Backyard: This house has a fully fenced backyard perfect for pets or family gatherings

Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. The default settings are 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are provided inside the house.

Strict no-party policy; guests are requested to maintain quiet after 11 pm and respect the neighbors.
