San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Beach. Airplane noise may be heard during the hours of 6:30am and 11:30pm. Some construction noise may be heard between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Nightly prices have been lowered due to this possibility.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is not suitable for loud groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, over occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

Our tandem garage is narrow and can accommodate up to 2 mid-size SUV's. Large SUV's and most trucks will NOT fit through the narrow garage door opening. Measurements are: 6’11” H x 7’10” W x 34’ D.

Each with its own full ensuite bathroom and shower! There is a sofa bed in the living room.
