Welcome to Gull's Rest â a bright and comfortable beachfront retreat in the heart of Mission Beach. This updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers stunning ocean views, a spacious patio for outdoor dining, and direct access to the boardwalk.
The open main floor includes a cozy living area, flatscreen TV, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, and private balcony overlooking the Pacific. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk beds, toys, and games.
Enjoy boogie boards, sand toys, a two-car tandem garage, washer/dryer, cable, and WiFi. While there is no A/C, the ocean breeze and ceiling fans keep things cool.

- Walk Outside: You're oceanfront in Mission Beach and 100 yards from Mission Bay's scenic boardwalk and watersport rentals.
- Five Minute Walk: Local bars, restaurants, and Belmont Park's famous roller coaster.
- Biking Distance: Pacific Beach Pier, boutique shopping on Garnet, and even more dining options.
- Short Drive: La Jolla Cove, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and Petco Park for a Padres game!
