Detta Àr en skönhet pÄ stranden stuga! Verkligen en "Day Dream" pÄ stranden. FÀrgfÀrg i hela interiören och ny fÀrg pÄ utsidan. Nya plattor pÄ övervÄningen runt balkongen. Ny infÀlld belysning och trim pÄ den nedre omkretsbalkongen plus fÀrsk fÀrg. Nya golv pÄ trappan och andra vÄningen, med trÀgolv och travertingolv pÄ det första. Rymlig 2085 kvm 3 sovrum, 2. 5 bad plus ett loft i befÀlhavaren. BefÀlhavaren har en king size-sÀng, futon, HD-TV och trÄdlös Blu-ray-spelare. Loftet kan anvÀndas som ett spelrum för barnen. Den har en liten TV och Blu-ray-spelare och en dag / rullande sÀng som rymmer tvÄ. Det rymliga masterbadet har en separat duschkabin och en stor jacuzzi / spa-badkar. BÄda sovrummen i bottenvÄningen öppnar mot trÀdgÄrdsomrÄdet som har en omfattande uteplats med stenlÀggning med en enorm 6-brÀnnare gasgrill. Det första gÀstrummet har en queen size-sÀng och 40 tums högdefinitions-TV med trÄdlös Blu-ray-spelare. Detta sovrum delar ett Jack-n-Jill-bad med det andra gÀstrummet, men halvbadet ligger precis intill detta sovrum. Det tredje sovrummet har 2 vÄningssÀngar med vardera en full / tvÄbÀddsmadrass som sover 6 barn bekvÀmt. HÀllen har en 50-tums HD-TV med en ljudbar och Blu-ray-spelare och tvÄ soffor med full bÀdd. Högupplöst kabel-TV och trÄdlöst internet ingÄr. Matsalbordet har plats för Ätta och det fullt utrustade köket har en gasspis och en dubbel ugn med gas samt mikrovÄgsugn och rostfritt kylskÄp med filtrerat vatten och ismaskin. Den första och andra vÄningen omlindade verandor Àr perfekta för att koppla av med en trevlig dryck. STRANDTILLGANG: Fem hus i öster och du Àr utanför underindelningen. GÄ en halv kvarter ner Crystal Beach Drive och precis till höger om The Inn at Crystal Beach och du Àr vid den allmÀnna tillgÄngen till stranden. Det Àr en kort och enkel promenad. Family Vacation

The house was amazing. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach. The cleanliness was just ok. There was sand on the floor when we arrived and a pile of sand in the corner in the bunk bed room and there was another dirty issue but I don’t want to say. The owners are aware of it and they personally called me to apologize which meant a lot to me. The cleaning people were suppose to show up the next day but they never did. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay. Especially with a bigger family.

Exceptional

Ray is a wonderful owner who has put a lot of effort in making a wonderful place for vacationers to come and have a home away from home. This property is everything it is listed as, and Ray was a pleasure to work with. All positives on everything! I would suggest renting a golf cart if you carry a lot of bunch stuff. Also, it’s a good place, so the beaches get plenty of people.

Owner (Ray) is great

The property is exactly as promised - walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and clean. We didn’t have hot water for the first part of our stay, but it was fixed as soon as I reached out to Ray. The front door is a little quirky but calling the property manager helped us get in. I would return to the property in the future!

Outstanding host and location.

The group had an amazing time with this property and will definitely return next time we have this many people. Very walkable to the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We did have an issue with not having enough hot water for our 12 people to shower every evening and parking was tight for 4 vehicles. The host and neighbors are chill so long as your group does the same.

Big house and close to the beach

The house was great and the location was too. The only strange thing was the lack of hospitality. Only one dish towel in the kitchen, no replacement for toilet paper or paper towels. The oven mits for taking pans out of the oven were almost useless. Along with that, someone came up and worked on a sprinkler right in front of the front door for about an hour or so without notifying us beforehand. Also, on the last night we were staying, huge bags of sheets, blankets, etc. were just left right in front of the door. Seems unprofessional when we weren't set to leave until the morning after. Would be a 5-star review if it wasn't for those things.

Another trip to the beach

Great property! Everything was there that we needed to have a great week! Very short walk to the pool and the beach! We had a great time, and the house was big enough to enjoy family time or personal time. I would recommend this property to others looking for a great place. The property was well maintained, and you did not have to have a degree in engineering to operate the televisions! Great stay, we will be back!

Great location!

Great location. Not to far from bars and restaurants. The only negative thing was we weren’t aware that there wouldn’t be blankets for every bed! The property manager was nice and everything went smooth !
