Detta är en skönhet på stranden stuga! Verkligen en "Day Dream" på stranden. Färgfärg i hela interiören och ny färg på utsidan. Nya plattor på övervåningen runt balkongen. Ny infälld belysning och trim på den nedre omkretsbalkongen plus färsk färg. Nya golv på trappan och andra våningen, med trägolv och travertingolv på det första. Rymlig 2085 kvm 3 sovrum, 2. 5 bad plus ett loft i befälhavaren. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng, futon, HD-TV och trådlös Blu-ray-spelare. Loftet kan användas som ett spelrum för barnen. Den har en liten TV och Blu-ray-spelare och en dag / rullande säng som rymmer två. Det rymliga masterbadet har en separat duschkabin och en stor jacuzzi / spa-badkar. Båda sovrummen i bottenvåningen öppnar mot trädgårdsområdet som har en omfattande uteplats med stenläggning med en enorm 6-brännare gasgrill. Det första gästrummet har en queen size-säng och 40 tums högdefinitions-TV med trådlös Blu-ray-spelare. Detta sovrum delar ett Jack-n-Jill-bad med det andra gästrummet, men halvbadet ligger precis intill detta sovrum. Det tredje sovrummet har 2 våningssängar med vardera en full / tvåbäddsmadrass som sover 6 barn bekvämt. Hällen har en 50-tums HD-TV med en ljudbar och Blu-ray-spelare och två soffor med full bädd. Högupplöst kabel-TV och trådlöst internet ingår. Matsalbordet har plats för åtta och det fullt utrustade köket har en gasspis och en dubbel ugn med gas samt mikrovågsugn och rostfritt kylskåp med filtrerat vatten och ismaskin. Den första och andra våningen omlindade verandor är perfekta för att koppla av med en trevlig dryck. STRANDTILLGANG: Fem hus i öster och du är utanför underindelningen. Gå en halv kvarter ner Crystal Beach Drive och precis till höger om The Inn at Crystal Beach och du är vid den allmänna tillgången till stranden. Det är en kort och enkel promenad. The most amazing week of my life!

It was the most adorable, spacious, clean and so cozy house. I loved everything about it! It is in the most perfect location and so quiet and family friendly. We did not want to leave. Highly recommend this property to anyone!

Exceptional

Ray is a wonderful owner who has put a lot of effort in making a wonderful place for vacationers to come and have a home away from home. This property is everything it is listed as, and Ray was a pleasure to work with. All positives on everything! I would suggest renting a golf cart if you carry a lot of bunch stuff. Also, it’s a good place, so the beaches get plenty of people.

The house was awesome. It was just as described and our family fell in love with it the moment we walked in. The location was absolutely perfect and so quiet. We walked to the beach numerous times every day and it took less than 10 minutes. We made wonderful family memories with our stay. Needless to say, we are already planning our return to this beautiful home.

Friends week

We had a great time and the location is a short walk from the beach. However the house needs a deep cleaning as the showers were dirty and the sheets seemed like they might not have been switched. Overall it is a nice house with a friendly neighborhood.

Outstanding host and location.

The group had an amazing time with this property and will definitely return next time we have this many people. Very walkable to the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We did have an issue with not having enough hot water for our 12 people to shower every evening and parking was tight for 4 vehicles. The host and neighbors are chill so long as your group does the same.

Owner (Ray) is great

The property is exactly as promised - walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and clean. We didn’t have hot water for the first part of our stay, but it was fixed as soon as I reached out to Ray. The front door is a little quirky but calling the property manager helped us get in. I would return to the property in the future!

Great Location - Perfect For A Family

Loved the location, we have stayed in this Crystal Shores subdivision before and it is in our opinion the best location in Destin to stay, close to everything. Community Pool, 15 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to shopping center. The house is very nicely maintained and perfect for families. The kitchen has lots of dishes, silverware, and glasses, we felt it was a little lite on cooking utensils, but this was not too much of an issue as most meals we eat out, or BBQ’d. The house has a wonderful Propane BBQ. We were surprised to not find some things we kind of though were rental basics in the kitchen like salt & pepper, and coffee filters, but that was our only letdown. Otherwise the place is great.

Big house and close to the beach

The house was great and the location was too. The only strange thing was the lack of hospitality. Only one dish towel in the kitchen, no replacement for toilet paper or paper towels. The oven mits for taking pans out of the oven were almost useless. Along with that, someone came up and worked on a sprinkler right in front of the front door for about an hour or so without notifying us beforehand. Also, on the last night we were staying, huge bags of sheets, blankets, etc. were just left right in front of the door. Seems unprofessional when we weren't set to leave until the morning after. Would be a 5-star review if it wasn't for those things.

Another trip to the beach

Great property! Everything was there that we needed to have a great week! Very short walk to the pool and the beach! We had a great time, and the house was big enough to enjoy family time or personal time. I would recommend this property to others looking for a great place. The property was well maintained, and you did not have to have a degree in engineering to operate the televisions! Great stay, we will be back!
