Havasu getaway

Everything was as described, house was great and the pool was awesome. The only complaint is the cleaning crew needs to have a little more attention to detail. The master bathroom shower had so much hair in the drain it wouldn't drain. Was kind-of gross, other than that the house was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very relaxing vacation at this beautiful home! The inside had everything we needed, and the backyard was an oasis! It was just perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic pool!

The pool is amazing!! The backyard was an oasis. Fantastic patio chairs, fire pit and grill. Beds were so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Lake Havasu experience!

Amazing Lake Havasu experience! The house is better in person than the picture show. The house is well kept. The owner takes pride in this home. Very clean. Well taken cared of. Nice size home. Big back yard. Everything you need for the Lake Havasu experience. Water softener. Air conditioner. BBQ. We enjoyed hanging out by the bon fire. You guys fulfilled our family trip at Lake Havasu!

The home was nice, clean, the back yard was something out of a magazine but, it would have been nice to have been able to use the pool we were paying for, but was too cold to put your toe into & signs posted everywhere to not touch the pool equip.

Great place to Stay!!!

The house was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The pool was really nice mostly in the morning or evenings when it was cooler. Thank god for good A/C, we are from California and we get hot but not like that. Will be back at a later time.

Lake Havasu Vacay

my Family and I had an amazing time! The backyard was beautiful! There are a few things that could’ve made this house even better. There were absolutely no bbq utensils. So we had to go buy Some after already starting the grill. (Which was inconvenient). I don’t think the linens in the master bedroom were changed. There was blue chewed up gum stuck to the pillow case on one of the pillows. We weren’t notified about the bath towels being in the dryer. We found them in the dryer the last night of our stay. Other than that, the house is beautiful, clean and almost everything we expected.

Few shortcomings,

The wrongs: Waterfall on pool only went in at night, Couches need vacuuming under cushions, refrigerators in kitchen needs a deep clean, pulled crisper drawer out cuss I spilled and found old drippings underneath, the pool was also in slight disrepair , pool man was there two days in a row changing stuff, we did use the pool anyways, just wasn’t notified , The master shower has two bulbs out, The property is great, just needs better supervision, You made up for it with the Maytag washer n dryer, In general you have great house

Rest and Relax in beautiful backyard!

This home is perfect for two or three couples or for a family with children. The master bedroom is set apart from the other two bedrooms so there is plenty of privacy. The backyard is beautiful with several sitting areas which can either be in the sun or out of the sun. The pool is gorgeous but it was cold which is understandable as it was early May. We had everything that we needed to prepare meals. Dishes, flatware, utensils, pots and pans. Very, very nice! The only thing that we didn't understand is why there was food in the refrigerator and in the cupboards. There was also clothing in the dresser in the bedroom. It might have been left from previous guests. Overall, we would definitely come back to this same property. Thank you very much!

Amazing pool!

We knew the pool and outdoor patio would be amazing but the house itself also exceeded our expectations! It was very comfortable and the beds were great. We had everything we needed and then some. Had a great time with the kids just hanging out by the pool:)

The house was comfortable and the pool area was beautiful. We did have some issues however. When we arrived the code we were given did not open the lock box despite numerous tries. We called the contact/owner and she said "this is not the first time it has happened". She said she would have her handy man come out and replace the lock box. The replacement did not happen until 4 days later. (our stay was 7 days). In the mean time the owner gave us the code to get in through the garage using the key pad. Also the outdoor gas fire pit was out of gas. The handy man came and filled it a couple days later... then the fire would not stay lit unless you held the button in with our finger so we could not use it. 5 days later he fixed it when the parts arrived. Once it was fixed we were only able to use it 3 days. The dishwasher did not work the whole stay and the ice machine quit working a couple of days after getting there. The master bedroom toilet flush handle broke and was not fixed until 5 days into our trip. We knew the pool was not a heated pool as advertised but, when we booked the trip the VRBO Representative said the pools in AZ are warm enough to swim in even without heat. Ha! I put my feet in to soak and they turned numb. Morale of the story... no one even attempted to jump in. Internet was off more than on in this home. The owner did compensate us by having my account credited s small amount. I feel all these issues put a damper on enjoying our trip fully. Thank you for this opportunity to review our experience.

Wonderful Oasis retreat in Lake Havasu City

This home is beautiful! Very well stocked, very comfortable beds. The back yard and pool area are even nicer than they look in the photos! The manager/owner and caretaker were all amazing to work with! My family wanted to add a Christmas touch to the home before we showed up as a surprise and everyone was wonderful to them to help them pull of their surprise. This has to be the best value for a stay in Lake Havasu!! Awesome!!

Very pleasant.

Home was very comfortable and well equipped. The outside pool area was stellar and very much enjoyed, despite the fact that weather did not allow us to swim. The only frustration was poor TV reception and poor internet service. We will definitely come again.

Clean house with comfy beds and wonderful backyard

This was a great place to stay. House was clean, beds were comfortable, the sauna came in handy for the rainy cooler days and the pool and backyard were wonderful to swim, eat and relax. Grocery store is not too far away and was a quick jaunt to downtown and the London Bridge area. Only thing that was missing was maybe some games to play for when the weather was not nice.

Great house with an amazing backyard!

The house was really clean, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils - all the comforts of home that you would need for a long weekend away! The backyard and pool was AMAZING!! Our friends rented other houses in the area but ours was the nicest and had the most amazing backyard! My only complaint, on behalf of my husband, was that the toilet paper was super cheap and the TV didn't work to watch the football game. Other than that, everything was fabulous! :)
