Well equipped and conveniently located to Kailua Village. Had a little trouble figuring out the TV remote, but we really enjoyed our stay.

It is cozy.The access to one beach is easy, but that beach is super rocky and very difficult to enter. One really needs to drive about an hour to a good beach. The owner never disclosed this important fact.The balcony, both size and view are very different from the photos.The place was clean except the floors which were dirty and got our feet dirty. You couldn't tell they were dirty until you took off your shoes.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach, the pool was perfect for the kids & it was nice sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee & listening to the ocean.

The property was really nice and spacious. Close to the ocean. 15 minutes from Kailua. The host made suggestions on what to do while visiting here. We enjoyed the restaurants and the beaches recommended. The host and property manager were very responsive and amiable. There was a nice pool and jacuzzi too.

The place was great! Location is perfect. Near everyrhing but not in the middle of too much traffic. The pool is perfect for watching the sunset also. The owners were veey nice and answered all my questions very quickly! I would stay here again!

Near great snorkeling

We loved the location, pool and hot tub. Drivable to many shops and restaurants. Felt safe. Nice to have boogie boards available for us to use.

Wonderful location and views

We spent 2 weeks enjoying the condo, meals on the lanai, swims in the pool. Great area...lots to see and do. Loved the snorkeling beach across the road..

Family fun

It was perfect. Great location, super comfortable, and lots of kid amenities. Really appreciated the closed in lanai for the little one.

We stayed with our family of 5. This condo was very nicely kept and the location across from the beach was amazing. Our girls also put in some time at the pool and loved it.Perfect location for jumping off to other adventures in Kona as well. Close to grocery and restaurants and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy on-site parking and an elevator- used a couple of times when u loading luggage, made life easier!I did quite a bit of research before our trip on where to stay and this absolutely exceeded expectations for our family. Would highly recommended to others.

Perfect getaway!

Clean, well-equipped property conveniently located across the street from a great snorkel spot in the west side of Big Island! Host was attentive and respectful, with a wealth of information on what to do during our stay. Will keep this place in mind when we visit the island again!

Great place, just as described. Well stocked with everything you need. Great snorkeling right across the street. Shower had excellent pressure too!
