Welcome to Thread City Escape - a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Willimantic, Connecticut. This spacious single-family home is perfect for families, traveling professionals, groups, or guests visiting ECSU, UConn, or exploring Eastern Connecticut. Located just over the iconic Frog Bridge, this home offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities and walkable access to Downtown Willimanticâs breweries, restaurants, and local shops.
~The Space~
This home features a bright and comfortable layout with plenty of space for relaxation and gathering. The cozy living room offers a large sectional sofa and a Roku TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring.
Enjoy high-speed 1 Gig Fiber WiFi throughout the home, perfect for remote work, streaming, or staying connected.
The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a pot filler at the stove, and all the cookware you need for preparing meals at home. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 8, creating the perfect space for family dinners or group meals.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with desk & chair for remote work
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with two large closets (his & hers)
Bedroom 4: Twin bunk beds â ideal for kids but suitable for adults
Fresh linens and towels are provided for every stay.

There are 2 full bathrooms:
Downstairs: Stand-up tile shower
Upstairs: Oversized soaking tub/shower
We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and hair dryers in both bathrooms.

Guests will have access to the backyard space. Please note there is an old chiminea on-site that is not for guest use. Outdoor seating is not provided at this time.

Guests will access the home via the side entrance using a Schlage Encode smart lock. Your personalized code will be provided prior to check-in through the VRBO app, you should also receive an email prior to your arrival from VRBO.
Please use the side door for entry â the front door does not lock from the outside and is not recommended for guest use.
