This home has access to Ideal Beach. Ideal beach is a resort on the shores of Bear lake, a quick 5 Minute drive down the hill. Ideal beach gives you access to a private beach, pools and hot tubs, sauna, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, ping pong, volleyball, mini-golf, acres of green grass, playground, and more! It is open all year round with indoor tennis/pickle/and basketball courts. It also has the indoor pool and sauna available during the winter.

This house is designed for comfort, fun, and quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, stocked with an Instant Pot, Crock Pot, toaster, blender, electric griddle, Keurig coffee maker, full knife set, and all the utensils you’ll need to cook for your crew.

Relax by the fireplace in both the main-level great room and the downstairs family room—perfect for cozy evenings after a day of adventure.

You'll find Smart TVs in both of the King bedrooms, upstairs great room, and basement family room, complete with access to streaming services for movie nights or binge sessions.
