• Bedroom 4: located down the hall from Bedroom 3, features two twin beds and two adjacent bathrooms (both bathrooms are located across from one another in the hall connecting bedroom 3 and 4)
• Bedroom 5: Located in the loft above the main level, featuring a twin bed and twin over full bunk bed
• The couch in the downstairs living room is also a sleeper sofa that can be used as another sleeping option
• Downstairs living room also features a queen sleeper sofa
AMENITIES:
• Guests have access to the Columbine pool. Winter hours are 12pm-8pm and summer hours are 10am-8pm.

• Walkable to Main Street Station shops and restaurants (approximately 200 yards). Main Street is just on the other side of Main Street Station.

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
» There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
