Great house for families

We had a great stay. The house has plenty of space for 10. We loved the neighborhood tennis courts and pool. And driving the golf cart to the beach was really fun!

Comfortably Cool and Clean

Fantastic first. Accommodations and host (Brenda) could not have been better. She graciously granted our request for an early check-in and provided expedient solutions when needed. House was clean and fresh upon entry. Kitchen was well equipped with all modern appliances and all necessary pots, pans and utensils for preparation for most any meal. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, and flatware for a large group's use. Beds were all comfortable and a topper was available for those liking a softer feel. Bathrooms were all stocked with plentiful towels and washcloths. And tubs and showers seemed to have an endless supply of hot water. A front loading washer and drier made having something clean to wear a breeze. Entire house, including the 3rd floor remained cool throughout our stay. The kids made use of the Wii and all worked on the jigsaw puzzles in the early evenings. Oh, and enough cannot be said about the 6 seater golf cart. I cannot imagine us having as good of a time as we did, had it not been for the golf cart. It made going to beach and restaurants so much easier than loading up in multiple vehicles.

Loved this house!

Perfect house for us! Great amount of space. The golf cart was so awesome for getting back and forth to the beach and to places on Scenic 98. Communication was excellent, too! Highly recommend!

Beware!!

They have roaches!! We found them throughtout our stay &the first few we found we contacted the owner. She sent me the invoive where it was sprayed before we came and said she would send someone out and spray again! She said they wouldnt need inside the house cause they was "palmetto bugs". She even sent me a link about them which said they was a roach carried the same health issues & the inside of the house should be sprayed. I even pointed that out and she said she would pass that along. The exterminator sprayed the front edge of the lawn that evening and that was it. We continued to find roaches through out our stay which was nasty!! The grill wasnt even clean for us to use and had a baby roach crawl in when i opened it. I also voiced this to the owner and she didnt even respond about the grill. We was there the week of the 4th of july and couldnt even grill out! Not to mention the other little things like my daughters bed wasnt made we had to make it, other peoples clothes that was forgotten was still in drawers & they dont have a trundle bed upstairs like advertised its a couch bed! Also she stated she had very nice beach chairs & they was definitely not! We even had a baby roach in the sink one morning. There is no excuse for this issue. My mom grew up in Florida, lived in flordia for years as an adult and i have vacationed there for yrs and never had a bug problem! The owner didnt even offer partial reimbursement or another place to stay! I dont recommend!

Great location

Really enjoyed the golf cart and kitchen was well equipped with everything we wanted. Perfect bunk room for the kids to play away from adults. Beds were comfortable.

Outstanding!!!

Every year we travel from Philly to Destin and this was our 1st VRBO house stay. Great house and very beautiful home! Owner let us check in 3 hours early which was great since we arrived early from driving 18 hours. The stay was great with no issues at all! House was very clean and amenities were perfect! We will be back!

Great house & location

Our family spent a week in the beginning of Aug to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. The house is a great size for a larger group. Likes: ** The kitchen is fully stocked (even more than you would imagine) ** The golf cart is amazing and so useful for back and forth to the beach (which is literally 1 block away) ** Washer and dryer is great, we didn't go home with dirty clothes ** Plenty of space for family dinners. Cooking on the grill kept the heat out of the house. ** Beach accessories in the garage were a plus. The chairs were a bit rusty but I'm sure due to not being washed and the salt air. Beach toys, coolers & more ** Linens were nice & towels were of nice quality ** Host is super responsive Dislikes: ** The third floor room. I was excited for this space but ended up disappointed. There is not a door to this space so no way to block any noise from coming down the steps (I did not see this info in the description). The carpet was very stained, I only walked on it with socks. The bed linens were subpar and the online pictures show a daybed with trundle, however it was a sofabed (looked new). It was very humid in this room so everything felt wet and the shower could have been cleaned better. ** The couches are due for a cleaning. I'm sure by the end of the summer they take a beating. Leather would be a much better option for a rental. Easier to clean and repel anything. Overall this was an amazing experience. I've never been to Destin and now I can't wait to return.

Really enjoyed Cayman Casa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very nice and the owner was helpful and responsive. Having the golf cart to use to get back and forth to the beach eas a game changer. We would definitely stay here again.

Cayman Casa provides an excellent place to use as a base for enjoying the Destin area- taking the golf cart to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Taking advantage of the Destiny neighborhood facilities- gym, pool, pickle ball / tennis

Our Vaca 2022

The property was easy to rent, check in and it was very comfortable. We had all the amenities noted on the site and enjoyed all of them including the golf cart. Brenda was so easy to work with, I would recommend the house for anyone vacation that needs this size of home.

Nice property in a great location

Very nice property in a great location. We had 5 adults and 1 infant and everyone had plenty of space. Renter replied quickly and was very helpful. The golf cart was a great plus! Gated community was very nice. The location was perfect for an area of the beach that was not as crowded. We recommend this property to all.
