Denna vackra nivå på hem på Melody Gardens Drive är bara ett och ett halvt kvarter från stranden (5 min). Vårt hem erbjuder en mycket öppen planlösning. Vardagsrummet är mycket inbjudande och bekvämt att slå tillbaka efter en dag på stranden. Soffan, kärlekssätet och stolen ger gott om sittplatser medan du tittar på TV på Samsung 55 "Smart TV, med ljudstång och sub. Ta med några filmer hemifrån och använd vår DVD / BLU-RAY-spelare. Köket är generöst försett med saker du hittar i ditt eget hem. Njut av en omgång Ping Pong på regleringstabellen i garaget.

Det stora sovrummet har en Beauty Rest king size madrass med kudde. Den har också en Samsung 40 "Smart platt-TV med en Roku-pinne för strömning. Det rymliga Master-badet har en stor dusch med trädgårdsbadkar och hans och hennes sänkor.

Det andra och det tredje sovrummet har båda Beauty Rest madrasser.

Vårt hem erbjuder också en dubbel utdragbar soffa för extra sömn.

Tvättstugan ligger mittemot köket, komplett med strykjärn och strykbräda.

Njut av att laga mat på vår nya gasgrill och andas havsluften på vår slutna verandor.

Vårt hem ligger i Oceanside Village, som är en privat gated community. Det har många bekvämligheter att erbjuda. Privat strandparkering och tillträde, en inomhuspool, två utomhuspooler, sprinklers och vatten fontäner för barn, lekplats, basketplan, baseballplan, tennisbana, boccia, gym (liten avgift krävs för Oceanside Village), och många lager fiske dammar på fastigheten.
Oceanside Village ligger bara 11 kilometer från Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Vi erbjuder handdukar, kuddar, filtar och täcken.

Strandstolar, paraply och strandleksaker är tillgängliga för användning.

Jag är ledsen inga husdjur, vi tillät hundar de tre första åren. Men någon missbrukade det och vi kan inte längre välkomna husdjur.

Golfvagnar finns att hyra från Oceanside Village mot en extra avgift.

Paradise Found

This house is exactly as the listing describes…Paradise Found. We checked in at the guard shack with no issues. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival. The house is adequately supplied with kitchen and light cleaning supplies although I did bring some of my own. The bedrooms were all very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the hall closet. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Spend the extra money and rent their golf cart. It makes the beach much easier and OSV ran out of rental carts for the week. The check out process was just as simple. Clean up after yourself and place the key in the lock box. Communication with Donna was always very easy and she had a response within a good time frame. We vacation in OSV every year and enjoy choosing a different house each time. We would definitely stay here again. Being pet friendly was a bonus. Our 12 year old K9 can’t do steps as well anymore. He was able to relax in his crate and on the carpeted floors. He gives it 2 paws up.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here last year and loved it so we were anxious to stay here again this year. The host, Donna, is wonderful to work with! The house is in a convenient and beautiful location and if you rent the golf cart too, you've got it made. The pools are great for kids and the Conche Cafe has great food! Donna does a great job to ensure you have the communication needed for checkin or any questions you might have. We are definitely looking forward to staying again next year!

Paradise Found

Family vacation (5 adults 1 child) Awesome beautiful home VERY clean!! Owner was extremely responsive to my planning questions. Spacious home, kitchen stocked with a lot of kitchen gadgets to make cooking easy! Nice screened patio to enjoy ocean breeze at night or coffee in the morning. Located with in a very nice gated community. Will definately be renting again!! Chera

Great house and amenities

This house is spacious and well equipped. I hosted Thanksgiving for eight people and found everything I needed. It has a great screened in porch and a small side yard for my dog. I stayed for a longer term than most at 35 days. My only criticism would be the poor quality furniture. Everything was very soft including the mattresses. My sciatica was very unhappy by the time I checked out😩 The owner was very responsive when I had a Wi-Fi problem making sure it was resolved in a timely manner.

Family vacation

The house was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to make u vacation stress free. Our kids loved riding around the golf cart. Oceanside village has been our family vacation for 3 years now and we would gladly return for a 4th to this home!

Great home for a wonderful family vacation. Short walk to beach with private parking also. Each was not crowded (like in front of a big condo) and it was perfect weather!! Everything you need in the home, just bring groceries! Would stay again...

Beautiful home in nice village!

We loved this home! We had everything we needed. This was our second time in Oceanside Village and the best so far! We were always on the run so we were not home much but when we were, it was cozy to come back. Donna was wonderful to talk to and very pleasant along with reassuring to know everything was going to be perfect! We will be back again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Home

The perfect vacation by the beach

Seriously cannot rave enough about this property, the communication with the owners and the overall experience well exceeded our high expectations! Highly recommend!! We will return again for sure!! Also, the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on! It truly felt like our Home away from home. Just a short drive or walk from the beach! And our kids loved the ping pong table and swimming in the community pools.

Highly recommend!

Beginning with the first contact to the property owner until the end this has been an absolutely phenomenal. The house is exactly as described (including the comfortable beds), close to the beach, friendly neighborhood and the property owners were incredibly responsive and truly kind and caring. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very well equipped beach access home

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Melody Gardens. I loved the layout of this home, open floor plan with split bedroom design. Worked out well for our family of 6. Very well equipped. We rented a golf cart on site which provided easy access to the beach, although you can walk it in about 5-7 minutes as well. Donna was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions about the home prior to our arrival. Very nice gated community. We would stay here again!

Very Relaxing, great getaway, beautiful home.

The home was great for my family and the in laws. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools in the community. Kids enjoyed the playground. The home was everything we expected, comfy cozy, and beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was great to relax in. The BBQ was great also. Very convenient to have beach chairs and umbrellas already there. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

My husbands parents rented a house in OceanSide Village/Bermuda Bay nine years ago for our family vacation. At which time they fell in love with OceanSide Village/Surfside Beach and decided to sell their home in CT and retire to SC. And that is exactly what they did the following year. So since then we have been vacationing at OceanSide Village a couple times a year. In 2017 we decided to purchase a place of our own down the street from my husband parents on Melody Gardens. We couldn't be happier about our decision and are excited to share our home with you. So you too can create beautiful family memories like we have.

Our home is one floor living with amazingly comfortable
beds. There is NOTHING worse than going away and having a horrible nights sleep.
It was our mission to make sure that didn't happen.
