Please note:
The apartment is located beneath the main house’s living and dining room. We live upstairs and are very mindful of noise—quiet hours are important to us, and we typically go to bed early. Our bedroom and other living spaces are above the garage, not directly over the apartment.

We’ve hosted many guests and haven’t received any noise-related concerns so far. That said, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need anything during your stay—we want you to feel completely comfortable.

Step outside and enjoy direct access to South Hills Open Space trails, take a short stroll to Meadow Park just two blocks away, or hop on the nearby bike path. Downtown SLO is less than a mile away, offering a vibrant mix of shops, dining, and entertainment.

Parking & Guest Access:
You'll have private, self-check-in access to the apartment. Upon arrival, feel free to park on the right side of the driveway, which leads directly to the pathway and your private entrance.
