Våra tre solar (tidigare My Kansas) är ett fem sovrum, tre och en halv bad oceanfront hus som ligger en mil söder om Garden City Pier. Detta hem har ett fullt utrustat kök med mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, centralvärme och luftkonditionering och takfläktar. Sex färg-TV-apparater (kabel, en 50-tums plattskärm), sex DVD-spelare, telefon med gratis fjärrsamtal (endast USA) och Wi-Fi finns också. Sovrum inkluderar tre kungar, en drottning och en dubbelsäng, plus två tvilling-tvilling våningssäng uppsättningar och en rulla. En lekbänk och barnstol finns för spädbarn och småbarn. Utomhus funktioner inkluderar ett stort havet däck, soldäck, privat strand tillgång, två utomhus omklädningsrum med separata duschar och riklig parkering för fem till sex fordon. Ingen rökning. Bekvämt beläget nära några av de bästa attraktionerna i området, ligger Garden City Beach direkt söder om Surfside Beach och slutar på en halvö vid mynningen av Murrells Inlet. Om du letar efter butiker, Inlet Square Mall, Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway Beach, Barefoot Landing, två köpcentra i Tanger, otaliga gallerior och många fler shoppingmöjligheter är alla inom en lätt bilresa från Garden City Beach. Letar du efter lite underhållning, ta en show på Alabama Theatre, Medieval Times, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage och Legends in Concert. Och glöm inte om Ripleys akvarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville och Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Andra intressanta platser ligger i närheten av vattnet i Georgetown, den tredje äldsta staden i South Carolina och näst största hamnen i South Carolina, och historiska Conway med sitt centrala Riverwalk-område som ligger vid stranden av Waccamaw River. Båda städerna inkluderar fina restauranger, shopping och historiska platser.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach och Murrells Inlet ligger alla nära Waccamaw Hospital och flera akutmottagningsfaciliteter.

Early birds get the beach spots!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had all the things we needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. It did seem like the cleaning crew did spot cleaning as we found things (kids clothing, toothpaste on the wall, and toys) that were not ours. The pool is small but it was super nice to have to take a break from the sun. They did come out to clean it one time while we were there. Could use some new knives. We couldn’t find any decently sharp ones. The house is next to a “public” access that is mainly used by the folks across the street. Not bad just something to note because we had to claim our beach spots in front of the house pretty early in the morning. The kitchen sink pressure is a little low so we used the dishwasher quite a bit. We had plenty of space for our multiple families vacation. Maybe add some more of the higher chairs on the top deck from the living room for better ocean viewing.

On the beach can’t be beat

Really enjoyed having a place directly on the beach and it’s own pool. Easy to keep young children entertained going from the beach to the pool. Very convenient to stores and restaurants as well. Pictures somewhat exaggerated but overall very worth it and would go back

Best Family Vacation

This property was wonderful. The easy access to the beach and the personal pool were definitely fan favorites. The house was well spaced for our family and accommodated all ages comfortably. There were so many things available for use, like beach chairs, sand toys, pool toys etc. The property was very clean. Would recommend renting a golf cart for short strips up the street!

Family vacation

The kids loved the pool. Adults loved watching the sunrise on the beautiful deck. Lots of bedrooms to hold all our extended family. We had some trouble getting the living room tv to work but management helped us work through that problem. Clean and comfortable home. Lots of thing to do in Myrtle Beach. Saw the show at Pirates Voyage, Savannah Playground, Ripleys, Alligator Park and all was wonderful. Great vacation. Would highly recommend this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation for family and friends at Hakuna Matata. We vacationed August 30- September 6. The house is lovely. Kitchen is well stocked with large items so cooking for a large group is made easier. There are an abundance of beach toys, skim boards and beach chairs for your use as well as inside toys and DVD's for the kids.

We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Needs better pots, pans and knives! Back deck is gorgeous. Wish there were a way to provide shade sometimes. Pool was perfect!! Outdoor furniture was very sturdy. Nice large dining table. Bathrooms need updating. Toilet loose from floor. Kitchen faucet was broken, but we figured something out. Overall, a good house.

loves the house

Great after Christmas week!

It is well maintained, spacious and clean. Favorite place was the deck. Weather was in 70s which was phenomenal for Dec.House, porches, and deck have been redone with hardi plank. Some construction materials were left on sight which was a bit concerning. House is no longer pink. Great improvements.There a few maintenance issues which were handled quickly and professionally.

Summer vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had was bugs. There were some ants in the kitchen. We got rid of those pretty easily but there were a lot of brown bugs. Not sure what they were. One went over my face at night. Many ended up being dead by the end of the stay, so I think they were being sprayed for. But we wish we hadn't had to see any. We have been staying in this house for several years and this is the first time we have had to deal with these bugs.

Perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was simply perfect. Nice and quiet. One mile from the pier. So close to pretty much anything you needed. The house had all the necessities. It was homey. I like to stay in homes that are as accommodating as my own. This one was. Nice layout. Plenty of room. Comfortable furnishings. The beds were even comfortable. The place could use a little TLC and a deep cleaning but I suspect under new owners it may. The door knob to the deck was a bummer. I would recommend a new one. The deck and walkway to the beach were excellent. The folks at Garden City Realty couldn’t have been easier to work with. I’d use them and this rental again.

Great outdoor space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (4 adults, 2 kids) had a great time here. The house is very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. It has a cottage/rustic feel. It's not small but I wouldn't want more than 8 folks to be comfortable. The selling point is the outside space- steps to the beach, small pool that is refreshing(5' deep at lowest point), large deck with a table for dining and 4 comfy rockers. Lots of beach amenities- chairs, beach toys) and inside games.The decking is synthetic so no splinters but it does get hot. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather on an uncrowded beach the 3rd week of August. The furniture is new and comfortable and we loved our beds- not something we could say about previous rentals! Only small quibble is that some floor areas were a little sandy upon arrival but otherwise a very clean space. Very happy with 3 Suns.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and excellent parking. The outside porch and decks are the best layout I have seen. Excellent for families. Wifi speed is outstanding as well as televisions in every room. The property is a bit tired and could use refreshing. Do not expect top of the line decor and furniture because it is below average. The electrical lighting needs help. Outside floodlights do not work and are missing bulbs.Noticed the electric meter box has a hole in the top and an outside breaker box is held open with a bungee cord. The pool is very nice and the heater works great. Big plus. The refrigerator is very very small for a unit that big. Overall good location, good for larger families, but is a tired property in desperate need of some TLC.

Issues were handled quickly and thoroughly.Three Suns and a Sea-Gal is in a great location. However, the house is very use worn, bathrooms are out dated, there is evidence of water damage and the family room furniture is in dyer need of cleaning and the pool changing rooms need a lot of repair and clean up.We would recommend to a friend with the caution of the condition of the house being fair, but location is great.
