Nyligen renoverad har ingen detalj förbises i att ge fantastisk havsutsikt plus alla extra bekvÀmligheter du har sökt efter. BelÀget pÄ Surfside Beach, bara 5 mil söder om Myrtle Beach International Airport, var detta hem helt ombyggt, renoverat och professionellt dekorerat i lugna havsglasfÀrger precis i tid för semesterperioden 2014. Den Àr idealisk för familjer och har 4 sovrum / 4 badrum och ett barnvÀnligt loftomrÄde med egen platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Det rymmer upp till 14 personer.

Omfattande dÀck lindas helt runt tvÄ sidor av hemmet med fantastisk utsikt över havet! Njut av atlantisk soluppgÄng och ditt morgonkaffe pÄ sovrummet pÄ havet. Tillbringa dagen pÄ stranden genom att promenera bara nÄgra steg genom den privata trÀdgÄrden och nerför gÄngvÀgen för att surfa eller njuta av en dag som ligger vid den privata uppvÀrmda poolen.

För picknick finns det en stor parkstil med grill och betong uteplats och bÀnkar i trÀdgÄrdsomrÄdet intill stranden. För att titta pÄ havet finns det en sittplats med sandtopp.

PÄ kvÀllarna gÄr du bara fem kvarter till Surfside pirens restauranger och nattliv, eller om du föredrar kan du Àta ute pÄ en av en mÀngd olika restauranger som ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa bort. Slutligen avslutar du din kvÀll avkopplande i badtunnan under stjÀrnorna!Var och en av hemets fyra sovrum har sin egen platt-TV och har ett badrum anslutet. Dessutom finns det ett roligt "loft" / vÄningssÀngsomrÄde för barnen med sin egen platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Great family vacay spot

Beautiful spot away from Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle. Awesome views of the beach from the house and short walk there too! Loved the porches to hang out and enjoy the scenery. Owners were great to work with and very informative. I am grateful they share their property to make memories with family.

A week of bliss

The house was beautiful and had so much space! We had plenty of space to move around and if we needed alone time we had space to do so. Direct access to the beach was amazing, along with the private pool and golf cart. We enjoyed everything we could and we loved that they had furniture for toddlers!

Wonderful beach home!

The owners have thought of everything in this lovely beach home, and it actually feels like a home, not a rental. The kitchen is well-stocked, the linens are nice, and everything was very clean. We liked the access code on the door, so we didn't have to worry about sharing (and losing) keys among our group. The location on the beach is perfect for families. With the private access and proximity, kids and adults can go back and forth without having to pack everything up. We enjoyed everything about this place and would definitely return on our next trip to Surfside!

Beautiful House and Beautiful View

The Atlantic Breeze was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Everything was clean when we arrived and felt right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and updated. Beds were very comfortable. The balconies were fantastic. Stunning views and we loved the rocking chairs. The pool was great too. We liked that it was partially shaded so we could cool off and be put of the sun when we wanted. The moms with little kids who loved jumping in the pool really liked that they could touch the bottom in the whole pool. This was a great location and highly recommend it. The hosts were fantastic too!

Amazing Location

We were thrilled to find this beach house for our first vacation in over a year! The home is beautiful and the owners thought of everything you could need! Kitchen was well stocked and with new-looking items, which is always a plus. Beds were super comfy to sleep on! The access to the beach was absolutely perfect...with 3 little ones, it made the trips back and forth so much easier. The pool was amazing because it is mostly covered and so you can get away from the hot sun or the rain. We were also impressed with the outdoor chairs because they had plenty and in great shape. So many things about this house made it all a wonderful experience. Molly and Paul were very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had!! Would highly recommend this beach house!

Great house - Great hostess/host!

We came to the beach with our two adult children, their spouses, and their children. We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach area for six/seven years. Each year has been fun but this year was clearly the best. Surfside Beach was exactly what we were looking for. This house was in a great location, We were able to enjoy the beach with our own beach access. The beach was not crowded and was well kept by the town. The house had just the right amount of room for the 11 of us. We prepared most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great having our own pool. The kids loved that. Molly and Paul were so helpful. They provided the routine house information but also gave recommendations for activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend them and this location.

Great fun at Atlantic Breeze

There was very relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with. We especially appreciate the ice machine, it was used a lot. There was a wide variety of videos to watch, the kids really enjoyed that. The decks were great to sit and watch the ocean and sunrise. Having never rented a beach house before, we weren’t sure what to expect. The grandkids loved the pool and all the pool toys and beach toys that were there. It was great having our private walkway to the beach. The beach at Surfside was really nice. It wasn’t crowded at all. There are few things we would recommend. We would have liked to have the tub/shower in the downstairs master like you advertised. The hot tub worked fine, but it would have been nice to have a bigger one. Someone who is tall like me could fit in it better. We loved the house and looking forward to returning next year.

The things in life that are most precious to us are our family and the memories we build while vacationing together. After years of dreaming of owning property at the beach, our family finally found the perfect 'home away from home' in this complete renovation beach house in Surfside Beach. We've spent many, many hours working on it and have put a lot of 'blood, sweat and tears' into making it a home we're proud of and know you'll enjoy! We're land-locked Ohioans who dream year-round of spending time at the beach. We have found that no matter what the season, the mild climate and magnificent ocean views allow us to unwind and spend quality time together.We've been blessed to have been able to travel and see the world and yet find our beach house the haven we all long to visit where we can spend time together. A beautiful beach setting and family time spent together--life doesn't get much better than this!

We chose this beach house in Surfside Beach simply because it offers our family the best of everything! Great weather, year 'round, and a perfect location for golf, tennis, swimming and sailing! We're away from the traffic snarls, high-rise hotels and chaos of Myrtle Beach, yet just steps from a pristine white beach. Within a 10 minute drive, we have a wide variety of golf courses, great dining, shopping and every imaginable family activity. We're also just 5 miles away from Myrtle Beach International Airport, yet we're in the middle of the quiet oasis of Surfside Beach, a friendly community that caters to families who just want to spend quality time together in a beautiful, safe, and peaceful environment.
