My home has decades of happy memories & with the past 2.5 yrs of hosting Iâve been blessed with appreciative guest in this sharing of homes business. I LOVE my home & happy to open my doors for others too experience Lakeside Lake Life with actual walk-in waterfront along with the Happy Vibe this home has to offer.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
In search for that perfect Lakefront Sunset property I explored all areas of Lake Lewisville and this location was KEY!! Capturing every sunset off the lake plus having the country/golf vibe around the corner to enjoy daily and to add just 12 minutes from nightlifeâs Frisco entertainment were all good reasons I choose this community. Plus NO HOA.!!!

One & only if itâs kind floor plan - straight up Custom home. So many people love my home Iâve had 4 people actually try too take it from me LOL true storiesâŠyes I am very transparent.
Now back to this topicâŠMy home stands out from the rest besides its beautiful ambiance in a peaceful cove. Also having our private core land as our own open playground to enjoy miles of lakeside safe exploring since every neighbor voluntarily maintains itsâ core area. The fact that there is no HOA also gives us that sense of freedom appreciated in a respectful manner. When was the last time you stayed on a property with open land??? No wood fences total open views of custom homes surrounding this private cove directly across Hidden Cove Marina & campsites.
