Great stay!

This was a very comfortable cottage. Everything you need for a relaxing stay, in a nice quiet & friendly neighborhood. Marika responded quickly to messages and provided a wealth of useful information. The beach area was a great place to chill. Close to Conway for a day of shopping and exploring. Thank you for a much needed, relaxing stay!

Cozy cabin

Outside amenities are awesome. Kitchen was great and could use a little better lighting over table. Didn’t need A/C much but if it had been hot it may not have reached the bedrooms very well. Communication was excellent and TV worked great. Trash pickup went well.

Perfect location

My husband and I were looking for a home base near the overnight camp our daughter is working at on Lake Ossipee so we could celebrate her birthday with her. The cottage checked all the boxes, great location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable indoor space and perfect outdoor set up with covered picnic table and large fire pit. Although we didn’t get to spend much time at the pond, we did walk down and take a dip. Beautiful, clear bottom pond with amazing views.

Mostly junk in kitchen. Plates and all utensils were tag sale quality and there we’re literally no drinking glasses in the house. That really made the place feel more cheesy than it actually was. Really bad lighting, bring a headlamp

owner does not care about your comfort

No toilet paper. No garbage bags. Grill ignitor doesn't work and it hasn't been cleaned in a year. No light bulbs - I mean the kitchen had only 3 Christmas bulbs in the fan; The living room had two small lamps with 60 watt bulbs, the only place you can read there is in the bathroom. House was buttoned up tight when I arrived and over 90 degrees inside. It took over 24 hours to get it down to 84. I never received my access information until I tracked down owner at 5PM, day of my arrival. There are almost no wine or water glasses and none match. I have stayed in several cabins in this neighborhood. I didn't expect the Taj Ma-hal, but this place was not comfortable at all.. I felt like the owner really doesn't care. I have a property I rent through VRBO - I would never treat my guest this way.

Peaceful Cabin

A beautiful, restful and quiet spot. House is gorgeous with well equipped kitchen. Location is close to many hiking trails and North Conway. The pond close by looked like a fun spot for summer. Couldn’t ask for more

Quiet and comfy

Stayed three nights. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nice living spaces, bathroom is small but manageable. Pond is further away than described and not easy to get to if you have any physical limitations. Beautiful spot. Would definitely stay again.

Great little cabin

My family of four had a great stay at this little cabin in the woods! Close to beach and very handy to Route 16 to get to North Conway and surrounding towns. The cabin was exceptionally clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. Loved the gazebo and fire pit on the property too!

We had a great time. I was impressed that there wasn't any ants or spider's near the premise. Thank God for the Air conditioning. It was almost 100° when we stayed. The Saco River was low but we still made the trip.

A Much Needed Retreat

We'd never used Vrbo before, but this was an incredible start. The home was clean and everything was clearly updated and in good shape. The locale was spacious and enough into the woods to feel remote but not cut off. The pond/lake area was also a big draw for us. A good size for both swiming and kayaking. We would definitely use this owner again. The only potential challenge we encountered was a mix up with entering the home which was quickly resolved with the manager.

We loved it

The cabin is clean and convenient, with everything we needed. The location is just perfect - the Moors pond is 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking. The beach is private, and we used visitor's pass that we got from the cabin's owner. The beach is good for families with kids. The Kancamagus highway is 30 minutes driving, and there are many hiking trails and 3 waterfalls around. The White Mounting National Park is beautiful. People in the town are friendly and communicable. We'd recommend this property as a good vacation palce.

Great family getaway

The description was spot on. Clean, quiet and up to date cabin. The lake was great and a 2 minute drive. It was private and very clean. It was close to Conway and other NH attractions. Firepit and covered sitting area outside made a great end of the night with the family. Definitely would book again. Wished we booked it for a few more days. Contact with owner was quick also. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Little Cabin In the Woods

We enjoyed our stay in this little cabin. Thankful for the AC in living room. We had family over for a campfire a couple of times Our only suggestion would be we could have used more than 1 kitchen towel for 7 days and there were no hand towels for the bathroom. There was only a partial roll of paper towel and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days.
