If you want to experience the Mediterranean in the true sense of the word, and enjoy your Luxury Holiday in Privacy then you are on the right place. Enjoy Sunrises and birdsong while sipping your cup of coffee or drinking your favorite glass of wine while watching postcard Sunsets over the entire horizon. In the meantime, take a walk to the famous "Ponta Vesla" beach and refresh yourself, get in the car and explore Mediterranean nature, historical places, famous beaches, Lustica Bay etc.
My property is 150m2 big and it is consist of:
- Living Room with Sea View where you can take a break and relax yourself;
- Fully equipped Kitchen suitable for long or short term;
- Dining Area with big table from where you can enjoy your meals with View on the Adriatic Sea;
- Big Terrace where Private Pool is situated. From whole Terrace and Pool you can enjoy view from Postcards and nothing can hide it.
- Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor and it is consist of two levels, on lower level you will find Private Living Room with Sea View and on upper level you will find queen size bed. Private Bathroom is situated in Bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 2 is situated also on the ground floor and it is equipped with King Size Bed and Private Bathroom also.
- Bedroom 3 is located on upper floor. It is equipped with King Size Bed. Private Balcony is also part of Bedroom and from there you will have spectacular View. This Bedroom is also equipped with Private Bathroom.
- Sauna located on the upper floor.
- Private Parking

My Villa is located on, the RT Vesla, southern shore of the the Lustica peninsula. Famous Beach "Ponta Vesla" which unofficially bears the name of the most beautiful beach in Montenegro, known for its turquoise color of the sea, is located only 200 meters from the house. Also in radius of 10 kilometers you will find most famous beaches in Montenegro: Plavi Horizonti, Mirista, Rose,Oblatno etc. House is surrounded by real Mediterranean nature and we suggest you to travel by a car so you can experience history and nature of the Lustica it on the right way! Lustica Bay is only 10 minutes of drive from Place.
Famous Blue Cave is in the vicinity also, so by organizing a tour, you can access it by sea. Lustica have plenty of households which producing domestic and organic food like a wine and they are really worth of visiting.
