Byggd av en uppfinnare, Ă€r detta hem sĂ€ker pĂ„ att glĂ€dja med mĂ„nga smarta uppfinningar hela. VÄrdtagaren 38 'Morris yacht med kapten Àr tillgÀnglig för dagen charter eller kryssningar solnedgÄngen. Why did I fall in love with this property??....The panoramic views. of Casco Bay..the killer sunsets..the quirky little inventions all over the home...Built by the most amazing man - An inventor..an organist..with a sense of humor...The new deep water dock and party sized float with direct access from the property! Looking at the yachts and lobster boats in the front yard "mooring field"
Why...because of The Spirit of Yarmouth ME...A quintessential New England village-..the fabulous and eclectic selection of restaurants--from Day's Lobsta shack to Brick Hollow, our new brew pub....to farm fresh dining at Gather and yummy "comfort food" at the Owl and Elm..Burgers at Dirigo.Fine dining at the Royal River Grill, in the old "Cannery" on the Royal River.. Woodhull Pub for Asian/Mexican fusion--the Pha authentic....Rosemont's, the specialty market - great fish, meats, wine, baked goods...green grocer too...Hannafords for the big shop.
