We reviewed this area for over 18 months and visited several times. It became evident to use that there was a high density of home clustered right in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and it was very convenient but very busy and noisy. We wanted something with close proximity to these areas but wanted to hear, see and experience the peaceful beauty of nature, without being in the hustle and bustle.
"Treetop Haven" is what we call our place. It is in the exclusive community of Shagbark. It is in a very private setting and has a 24/7 manned security gate. This community is quite and peaceful, nestled amount the trees and mountains. There are waterfalls all throughout the community. From our deck you will hear the water falls. We believe this is the perfect place to come and relax and enjoy this great area of the Smoky Mountains.

I think it's rare that you can find a place that sits high on a high with nice views but you're not required to take hair pin turns to get there. Upon arriving, you see we are in a private area without neighbors all around you.
Not only do you have a large home set in a very peaceful setting , you have full access to the property which has its own heated indoor private pool. Also you gain all the amenities of the community, which includes an outdoor pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, frisbee golf, and more.
I'd invite you to come and spend a couple days. It will refresh you and rejuvenate you.
