We have stayed in many places, but this was the WORST!!!!!Over advertised, outdated, area rug tattered, running toilets we literally had to take the top off after using the toilet to drain it! I immediately contacted the hostess advised of the condition instead of correcting it we were offered a refund. I requested with it being a holiday weekend being the Fourth of July for the hostess to absorb at least 60% of the cost that we paid.That was declined not only was it declined. I was told that the place had been cleaned which it was NOT!!! The hostess went back-and-forth with me, which was rude. My husband and myself then went to Ross bought a rug for the bathroom so we weren’t stepping on wet floors, we brought our own towels, and a blanket to cover a bed that had dark blue sheets that were not clean The place was not vacuumed! Yes, we were offered a refund, but who can find a place to stay at the last minute on the Fourth of July weekend? Listen when I tell you, this is one of the most disappointing places I have ever stayed and we are world travelers. The only thing we found of value was the neighbors who was selling weed and crack downstairs. Please be careful. This is not an upscale place and you are in an urban environment with people sitting outside all day. Jayda, the hostess needs to get it together when I say dirty kitchen, dirty floors pour water flow in the bathroom, dishes, and plates, pots and pans that look like they have been there forever pure disappointment!
