Beläget i det lugna Grove by The Sea-samhället. Detta 3 våningar Florida Beach Cottage Style hem har en mycket öppen planlösning, perfekt för både underhållande små och stora familjer. Två master sovrum (ett king-size, ett queen-size), en våningssäng som rymmer fyra, och ett loft med en bekväm bäddsoffa och rulla. Alla rum är rymliga med trägolv i hela och skeppade väggar på huvudnivå och övervåningen.

Ta en morgonpromenader genom Sea Grove Community till det pulver vita sandstranden i Sea Grove Beach. Tillbringa hela dagen på stranden eller fly till de tre stora täckta verandorna där du kan tillbringa hela eftermiddagen med att läsa eller spela spel.

När hungern går in, förbered dig något att äta i vårt fullt utrustade, rymliga kök eller cykla ner till havet för middag och glass. En av två gemensamma pooler ligger bara två partier ner och tennisbanor en kort promenad bort. Cyklar (användning på egen risk) och strandstolar finns också tillgängliga. Fantastic stay for a large group

The home was perfect for our group of 10, including several teenage boys. The gathering spaces were roomy and the smart TVs were appreciated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with new appliances and a separate ice maker. The owner provided clear instructions from check-in to departure and was responsive when questions arose during the week. We will definitely return!

Great relaxing week

Really enjoyed our stay. House exceeded all our expectations. Easy check-in and communications with our host. House was well equipped and in great location. This was our third stay in the Grove neighborhood. We had a nice quiet week during our off season stay. Close to beach, town and enjoyed neighborhood pool.

Beautiful vacay home

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Very serene and coastal. Bikes were provided and we rented a golf cart for quick and easy access to restaurants and beach.

LOVED this property

The owners were very responsive and although we had a small issue on check in, they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!! The house was equipped with everything!!! and the decor is so nicely done~!!

The owner is super responsive to questions, etc! The home is actually prettier than in the photos! Located in our favorite neighborhood that is a quick walk or ride to the beach. This house does not dissapoint!

Our Favorite House

Our family of 5 adults have stayed here three summers. There's plenty of room for more people. Four BRs, 3.5 baths, lots of comfy seating in the den and outside on the three porches, a chef's kitchen, bikes and beach chairs! Meticulously clean. Can't wait to return next summer!

Great house and location

The house was beautiful, lots of porches, quick walk to pool, and easy access to beach. Only complaint was minimal towels provided at the site requiring us to wash a load each day to make sure we had enough. Everything else was great.

Great House - Great Location

We loved this house and it's layout. The house was comfortable and clean and we love the neighborhood (not our first time - liked this house better!). The house provides bikes and the ice machine is a great bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'll look forward to booking again. :)

Overall, it is a very beautiful property that is well located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The manager was very responsive to all of our requests, only issue was the amount of hot water seemed low after our shower. Otherwise, we look forward to our next stay at the property.

Beautiful beach house, many amenities, great location. Our family just loved this house! Plenty of space to spread out, relax and have fun! We felt very welcomed. The best Premier Hosts, fast and friendly communication. We can't wait to return next year.

Best house in this enclave!

This house literally was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. No details were missed! We loved the front wrap porch and the kitchen was amazing and plenty of room to sit for 7 people and watch tv! Comfy beds and beautiful baths! The only things you need except food would be body soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Also laundry detergent if you need to wash clothes. The location was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful well-appointed home!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that had almost everything we needed! Bicycles provided with three locks saved us several hundred dollars in rentals. There are plenty of utensils and dishes, nice appliances. Beds are very comfortable. If someone plans to stay in the loft it gets really hot up there so plan accordingly. The house is a little over a mile bike ride to Seaside but that wasn't a problem for my crew. Beach access is easy to locate. If you haven't been to Seagrove, be aware that it is changing very rapidly. Although there was no construction close to this house, there is ongoing construction everywhere, as older beach homes are torn down and newer, very large homes are built. I've visited this area for over a decade, but it has grown so much, I'm just not sure how it will be in the future. Don't hesitate to visit this home, located one lot away from the community pool. Fantastic place! My only complaint was finding only a single wash cloth in the master bath. I'm guessing the cleaning crew just forgot.

House was clean and beautiful! We only had 2 washcloths for 7 people- ridiculous!!! Called from r more, never got them. Loved having the bicycles.

Perfect Spring Break

The house was just as wonderful as the pictures. We have stayed in many houses on 30A through the years and this was the best equipped property yet. Kitchen had good quality products and anything you could desire, great selection of beach chairs and bikes. Will definitely rent again!

Owners Ken & Amie live in the Metro Atlanta area and are the original owners of the home. They built this house to enjoy with family and friends and look forward to some day retiring here. Together they love spending time with family and friends at the beach, lazy days on the shoreline, walks to Seaside for coffee in the morning or dinner in the evenings, and yoga at the local fitness studio, "Balance".

The small subdivision sets back off 30A and provides a buffer from all the hassle and bustle during busy tourist seasons making it a peaceful setting to relax on your porch with a book and let the children play outside. Then when you want to get in on all the action down at Seaside, its just a 1.5 mile bike ride or walk away!
