Welcome to your home away from home in Cocoa Beach, Florida! Steps away from the beach - easily spend your days soaking up the sun. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood - the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Screened in back porch with privacy fence. 5 min walk to beach. 1 min drive. Fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and easy vacation.
The cottage is tastefully decorated and features comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for up to 5 guests - 2 bed 1 bath with a King bed, Queen posturepedic sofa bed and couch that sleeps as a Twin bed. The home is 100% soundproof from the neighboring unit!
Walking distance to everything. Just bring your clothes because everything else is here ~ Towels, chairs, coolers, grill, washer & dryer, pots, pans, dishes, spices etc.
The back yard is fenced in and private with outdoor lighting.
Sound proof from neighbors and ample parking ~ one step to enter home. There is a TV in every room plus wifi and printer. The outdoor shower and hose are accessible.
Air mattress available, Portable crib, wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and more!
