Cozy Stay

Was a nice and cozy house for our 2-day stay. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Also close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location near beach and pier

The condo was very nice, clean, and close to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The air conditioning was loud with temperature fluctuations but overall we enjoyed the property.

Another Great Stay

This was my second stay here and Pat was so much help and so accomadating I can't say enough good things about her! Place is so cozy, clean and well stocked just like last time! Thank you again Pat for making a stressful last minute stay making Mom and I both feel much better!!

Wonderful place

Pat’s place was the perfect spot for our trip to Kennedy Space Center. The beach was a quick walk and our granddaughter loved the boogie boards that were provided! The kitchen was well stocked and the place was nicely decorated and just felt comfortable. Simply wonderful!

Perfect Memorial Weekend Memories

This cute 2 bedroom condo was "just right" for our stay at the beach. My husband was participating in a small private fishing tournament out of Port Canaveral and the residence of the tournament providers was just past the CoCoa Beach pier where the weigh-in party was so this place was right in the middle of both places which turned out to be perfect!

Lovely Beach Condo

We had a marvelous time and made many sweet memories here. It was very close to the beach, clean, filled with essentials (cooking tools, pots, pan, towels, beach chairs, and more!), and overall a great place to stay. Thanks again for everything, Pat!

Perfect precruise spot

Our family of 5 adults found this perfect for our 48 hour pre cruise landing spot! Clean and convenient! Beach access and cleanliness was exactly what we’d hope for. Found that Avis at the end of the street was able to work out a reasonable car rental for before and after cruise with shuttle to the cruise port!

We stayed here for nearly a week on cocoa beach. The accommodations were absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo, extremely clean and excellent location. An easy block walk to a portion of the beach much less busy than the rest of the beach. Also a close walk down the beach to the pier. The owners were kind enough to let us know about a last minute satellite launch which we watched from our section of the beach. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, lovely condo for a stay. We plan to return next year!

This is a lovely condo, very comfortable for all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids- 13 y and 10 y ). Very close to the beach and everything we needed for the beach (beach chairs, towels and umbrella and 2 boogie boards —-the boys were thrilled). Coin-op laundry on premises, so convenient! Communication was great for gaining access or any questions I had, which was exactly one question. We will be coming back to this little gem !

Great Get Away to Cocoa Beach

We had a great time at Cocoa Beach. The condo was very clean and in great condition. It is a super short walk to the beach - a block and a half. Everything was exactly as advertised - a nice, quiet, clean condo near the beach - nothing fancy which works perfectly for us. We enjoyed the common space outside too - we used the grill one night and ate several meals at the outside common area furniture. Also - TV worked well, we watched lots of Basketball since it was the ACC tournament. Great little spot. Thank you!!!

Cocoa Beach Surfing Trip

Condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, clean, well supplied with towels and kitchen utensils. We didn’t eat out at all while staying here. We bought groceries and cooked our meals. Location seems safe and neighbors were friendly around the complex. Small courtyard with covered, outside seating and tables were nice to sit outside. 10 min to Jetty Park north and 10 min to downtown Cocoa Beach south. We had a great time. Surf turned bad but no complaints about this condo during our 4 night stay.

Cocoa Beach - Lots to do and see!

This apartment is located off of the main road, (so it's nice and quiet) but still easily accessible to restaurants and shops. The unit is well-stocked with kitchenware, bath linens and beach supplies. (We really appreciated the beach towels, umbrella and chairs!) This space could easily sleep six - offering two bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Each room has its own television - that's three! Air conditioning can be a bit noisy at times, but it was much appreciated given the heat during the weekend we stayed. Access to Rte. 520 and 528 is minutes away, as is everything from grocery stores, to coffee (Dunkin & Starbux) to breakfast joints. (We enjoyed Joanne's Beach Cafe, - simple, good and friendly people on staff.) The beach access is about a 2 minute walk up the road. We chose to drive four blocks north on Ridgewood (turn right onto any side road) where parking for beaches was free. We appreciated that Pat was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Check in and Check out very easy - convenient parking. Book your stay - I think that you'll be pleased!

About the house

The house was very nice. It only had one fan though and it got hot at night. Super close to the beach which was super awesome. Overall was a great house.

Amazing property so close to the beach! We walked there every day we stayed. Great restaurants nearby and access to groceries. Home is well suited with everything you'd need. Host was great to communicate with.

Pre-cruise stay

The location is great for a pre or post cruise stay. I made a couple of assumptions by not reading all info and looking at pictures. It is on the second floor and I am partial disabled. I can walk a little but not much. The stairs were a little difficult for me but we got in and I stayed in until we left, lol. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. It was later when we got there so it was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The stand up fan was a great help in one room but it would be nice to have another one for the other bedroom. The temperature keep jumping up so we had to watch it to stay comfortable. Window tint might help that too. It is a lovely location and we would definitely recommend it to others. Our host was great!Thanks for a lovely place at an affordable price!!

Would return, was a very nice property and basically on the beach. Giving 4 stars because the internet was terrible, we couldn’t even wind down with streaming a movie at the end of the day without it constantly pausing and skipping and because we weren’t allowed to turn the thermostat below 70 degrees. 70 degrees is not a comfortable indoor temperature.

Hi, Welcome to our beachside 2 bedroom condo! We have owned since 2013 and love sharing our piece of paradise with travelers. We purchased in 2013 as it is close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy walking and riding bikes, people are very friendly here. My husband and I are beach lovers and love dining at our local restaurants. Cocoa Beach is famous for the Pier which is a nice walk by way of the beach. Sometimes we walk over for lunch. We enjoy fishing and kayaking. You can rent both within walking distance at A1A Bike Rentals, just a short walk away. Our location is great for cruisers as the Port is just a 5 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is the closet beach to Disney which vacationers enjoy. We pride ourselves on cleanliness.

Love this location as we are on the beach in minutes. Our patios are great for sitting out and having lunch or dinner or having a cocktail while reading your book. This condo is a hidden gem.

Very relaxing with beautiful gardens. We have met some lovely people while staying at the condo. Great place to chill and watch the sunrise on the beach or a launch!
