The bungalow was so comfortable, the backyard was so perfect! We enjoyed every morning & every evening relaxing. We had a great time & we were overjoyed with our stay.

We absolutely loved this charming cottage and made wonderful memories over the Fourth of July weekend. The location was ideal — just a block from the beach and less than a quarter mile from downtown. We were able to watch a breathtaking rocket launch right from the shoreline, enjoy an eco-tour on the Banana River, and the drone show was conveniently just down the road.The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable. The beds were great, and the beach‑themed décor brought a relaxing coastal feel indoors. The large oak trees in the front yard provided cool, peaceful shade, making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. I especially appreciated the thoughtful laundry setup, with a washer/dryer combo and a clothesline for air‑drying.The bathroom was one of the best we’ve experienced — a step‑in shower with a grab bar for safety and an adjustable shower head that made for a refreshing, clean rinse. The fenced backyard was perfect for our little dog, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Internet connectivity was excellent, and both TVs had Roku, which made relaxing in the evenings easy.Our host, Selene, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We definitely plan to return again in the near future!

Beach cottages

Excellent place to stay with everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. Property was convenient to beach and restaurants. Overall a great stay !

This is a great little cottage in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Super clean, well appointed, and steps from all of the great attractions.

Great little cottage

This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach

Family Vacation

A great place to stay!

Second time staying at the cottage was just as great as our first. Great location, perfect accommodations - the cottage is well equipped with just about every convenience you need -- and a private backyard that made our two dogs very happy. Can't wait to return next year.

Great Stay!

Clean and cute cottage two blocks from the beach. Has a nice little backyard area for a dog, and a hammock to chill. The kitchen has essentials like a Keurig machine, the bedrooms are spacious, and the bathroom has an updated, modern shower space. Great little landing pad after a day spent at the beach or hanging around town!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time! The property was very clean, quaint, and comfortable. There were plenty of provided amenities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to friends and family.

Best Beach Cottage ever!

We loved the cottage and location. This was perfect for our family. The hosts even helped us choose activities in the local area. We would definitely come back!
