Stay cozy with standard oil furnace heating, or enjoy the warmth and ambiance of our clean-burning, high-efficiency wood stove.
Located in a peaceful residential area, you're a short 12-minute drive to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, 15 minutes from Fairbanks International Airport, and only 20 minutes to downtown Fairbanks. It’s the perfect home base for exploring everything the Interior has to offer!

We’re a husband and wife team raising our six-year-old in Alaska. We spend our time skiing, snowmachining, fishing, camping, and traveling as a family to remote corners of the state and beyond. Our property is private and quiet, surrounded by trees and vegetation, but close to town for food and entertainment. We also love how close the trails are to our front door for year round outdoor recreation.
