Please note that each townhome at Bella Costa has a maximum of 2 designated parking spacesâone in front of the garage and one under the carport. The garage can also be used for parking, but it is suitable only for small vehicles due to limited space.
Large trucks and vans are not permitted, as there is no space to accommodate them. Only SUVs and compact cars can be parked in the designated spots.
Parking in unauthorized areas may result in towing at the vehicle ownerâs expense. This policy ensures that all residents and guests have adequate parking.
