Beautiful home! Loved how clean it was! Also tastefully decorated, and super comfortable beds. The resort had everything we would want - pool, gym, pickle ball, sauna, pier with lake access. The kids loved jumping off the pier into the crystal clear water. Location was excellent as well - we walked to kings beach area each day or night for shopping, lunch, dinner, or dessert. Susan was a very gracious host and provided good recommendations for around town. Very minor feedback - would have been great if coffee and more bathroom shampoo/conditioner/wash were provided. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Would love to come back!

Nicely remodeled, high end appliances, large living room to hang out. Centrally located to shops and Northstar ski resort. No traffic to go in or out of ski resort

The unit was very nicely appointed, but it would’ve been nice if they had had some additional kitchen things such as basic spices, olive oil, plastic wrap and foil. Most places we have rented at this price point include all of that. Also., the unit only has an 80 gallon tank of water. I never had a hot shower the whole time I was there. There were five of us. I would not stay here if you have a group bigger than four and even then you’ll have to stagger your showers. The grounds, pool, pier, and gym were great. But I won’t stay in the tower again.

You are correct we do not like anything people digest left behind. I do not want to use it and i've been at places where oils and spices, etc are in abundance and old and I'm not sure where they have been. So we ask everyone to take everything they have regarding digestive items with them. We will add the foil and saran wrap to our list for the cleaning people to check and provide. Good idea. For the shower we did install many custom shower items when we remodeled which we probably should have not. As I told you and in the description of the property the water tanks do not accommodate all the shower pieces we put in and if you turn them all on at once the hot water will run out. We are sorry for that but we travel with my daughter's family of four which makes 6 and we do not have problems. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. We work really hard to accommodate all. So sorry our place did not work for you.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely condo right on Lake Tahoe! It was clean, an easy walk to King’s Beach, and the pool right on the lake was terrific! We would absolutely stay again.

Family vacation

This is the second time we have stayed here. Excellent location and very nice accommodations. Excellent communications with our host and she always answered our questions and requests promptly. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great Stay in North Tahoe

The property was as described and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The community is great and the pool and dock were excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. It’s an easy walk to Kings Beach and, if you’re looking to venture out in the area, a good location to get to Truckee, Donner Lake, and Chimney Beach / Skunk Harbor.

We had a wonderful time in North Lake Tahoe. Susan had excellent communication. Check in and out were extremely easy. The location is perfect for being on the lake, walking distance to Kings Beach and close to great hiking trails. We would absolutely recommend!!!

Great location right on the water. Easy to get to Tahoe City and various other locations. The owners were wonderful and helpful during our stay. Would definitely come back!

Awesome place!

This condo has beautiful views and lots of natural light and windows. We loved all the amenities the resort had to offer such as the lakeside pool, gym and swimming dock, all in a beautiful setting. Great for families or couples. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Hangout

This condo is very well stocked, spotless, and very attractive. It was a perfect set up for two couples. Would return to this place if in Tahoe again.

The Perfect Vacation

Retired educators celebration

Our week in Kings Beach was magical. Brockway Springs is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the lake view and the pool. The host and hostess were very easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable.

Nicely remodeled condo on the lake

Family really enjoyed the condo. Spotless and recently updated. The pool is one of the best in Tahoe. Right on the lake and well heated.
