Welcome to The Sunny Cottage, a peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked quietly along the river — a perfect place to relax, recharge, and embrace the slower pace of life.
This cozy, well-maintained home features a bright, open living space, a fully stocked kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms designed with your rest in mind. Two full bathrooms make it easy for families or groups to settle in and enjoy their stay.
Step outside to the covered front porch — an ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding with the evening breeze. Guests also have access to the property's shared dock, perfect for fishing, relaxing, or simply taking in the water views.
Please note: Only the inside floaters on the dock are available for guest use. The dock currently does not have power or water.

There are two homes on the property. This listing is for The Sunny Cottage only. If you are traveling with a larger group or would like extra privacy, both homes can be reserved together.
