The neighborhood of Waters Edge is just outside the gate to the new Eastport Town Square and minutes from Sawgrass Grove, Middleton and Brownwood Paddock Town Squares and surrounded and within minutes to 15+ golf courses.

There is privacy to the rear which is rare in The Villages. A beautiful landscaped stone wall divides this property off from those in the rear allowing a private and peaceful evening on the screened in Lanai.
