Vår familj fritidshus köptes 2004 och helt ombyggda. Denna 2400 kvadratfot huset har vackra trägolv och moderna bekvämligheter. Tre sovrum, varav två med king sängar och ett med två fulla sängar, bekvämt sova 8 personer. Med ett vardagsrum med en vacker öppen spis i sten, och en separat stort spelrum som har ett biljardbord, fotboll, och en bar, det finns alltid någonstans att umgås och komma bort från allt. Njut av omfattande bok, film och spel samling, som till stor del kommer att tillfredsställa både barn och vuxna.

Best angler/golfer/hunter/family vacation house ever

Stayed in this place to be near my parents. The house is amazing and very accommodating. It’s a 2 minute walk from the golf clubs house and the view cannot be beat. Our toddler stayed with us and loved the house. My wife and I were very pleased with house child friendly the house was. Thank you so much!

Family and Golf

My brother, our cousin, and I plus our spouses all stayed three nights. Our youngest brother lives in McArthur. We all played several rounds of golf, and we were so happy about the proximity to the club house. In addition, the house was perfect for meals and games, lots of room with an open concept.

Not great, kitchen accessories were old, quality average. Towels were low end. And scratchy. Appliances were old. Door access was not working properly. I rate it a c. Mostly your company does better. Phil

Great place to hang out. Everything is like new inside. Heavily stocked with just about everything you need. Back deck is large and appears new also.

Perfect

I reviewed this house about 6 years ago and have stayed basically annually since then. I was in Fall River Mills for an annual golf weekend with a large group and the house's location on the 16th fairway is perfect. We are able to park at the house for the long weekend and not have to drive again. The house is immaculately maintained, is unbelievably well stocked with everything you'd possibly want or need to cook great meals. It is comfortable and unfailingly immaculate. The linens are excellent. Amy is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. I really struggle to come up with any areas that could use improvement. If you have reason to be in the area, even if not playing golf, I don't think there are any comparable options as of this writing.

Golf/Fishing Trip in the Perfect Location

It hit a grand slam for us! My father, who is 90, along with my god-father (also 90) wanted to do one last trip up to the area for the opening of trout season. The younger ones (23-70) also wanted to golf. Have rented this place before from Amy, and again, it did not disappoint! Being on the great Fall River Golf Course is perfect... you can walk across the fairway to the clubhouse. Great fishing in the area. Perfect! And I must also point out that Amy got back with me immediately when I had early questions about the booking or amentities.

Perfect!

Everything about the home met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was large and well stocked for making our Thanksgiving dinner and the seating was perfect for our group. Comfy beds, lovely linens, and lots of towels. Loved the huge deck overlooking the golf course too!

Fall River's nicest place to stay!

The house on the 16th fairway at Fall River Mills Golf Course is a beautiful home with lots and lots of room. It is very clean and has been updated with all the amenities you could ask for. The access to the golf course made it possible for us to simply walk across the fairway to the clubhouse where we picked up our carts, then drove them back to the house and load our clubs. After that we were off and running. The other great thing about this home is it's location to the 11th tee box. It is only a few hundred yards from the house so after we finished the tenth hole, we headed straight to the house for a snack and some liquid refreshment. Take it from me, this is the place to stay in Fall River...even if your not playing golf.

Lovely house

The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. There is room for improvement with towels and master bathroom sink smelling of mildew. Ran out of tp as well.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful property exactly as listed, we came for my daughter’s wedding and had a fantastic stay. The beds are very comfy the home is beautiful with a view of the golf course our hosts were great and all communication was quick. Kitchen was well equipped for eating probably the best of any rental we have stayed at. If we are ever in the area again we will request another booking.

Best Vrbo ever

From the second you walk in it feels like home everything you need to entertain from 2yrs to 99 plus years. The beds are amazing the sheets are heaven and the accommodations are hands down the best. I am a clean freak and have not one single one bad thing to say. I’m not even a golfer but enjoyed the view of the bucks in the evening the green course and the open night sky. We will be booking again next year !

My husband and I live in the heart of wine country in beautiful Sonoma County, and enjoy traveling often to the Fall River area. We bring our five children, and often friends as well!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Because of our family's love of the outdoors, we purchased this home and completely remodeled it in 2004. Being that the area provides some of the best fishing and hunting in the state it was a natural choice. We are also avid golfers and really enjoy the proximity to the golf course.

This property was chosen for it's location. A short walk across the fairway to the country club to golf, a short drive to fly fishing and hunting, or a short walk into town. With snow in the winter and surrounded by National Forests, it is the perfect location for winter fun and christmas tree hunting!
