The Space:
A charming residence boasting 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 modern kitchens. With ample living space and tasteful design, it offers comfortable living in a desirable neighborhood.

This home is technically split into two separate living spaces by door - 1 2 bedroom 1 Bath with full kitchen and living room as well as a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath with upstairs ocean view living room and full kitchen. Equipped with two laundry rooms as well.

Other Things to Note:
This is a very quiet, residential neighborhood so the following rules are strictly enforced.

Parties/Events are not allowed and will result in a $300 fine
In line with the mandatory restrictions set by the governor of California that prohibits unnecessary gatherings or party-related events. We will be more vigilant and rigid with monitoring the alerts and notifications coming from the surveillance devices placed outside the property.

Quiet hours Noise complaints will result in a $300 fine.
In case we find out any violations on quiet hours, or complaints from the neighbors, please be informed that cancellation and eviction will be in place.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 12.
The number of people on the property at any time cannot exceed the number of confirmed guests on the reservation. Due to our no additional guest policies, safety, and insurance; the number of guests- whether they are staying or visiting will have to match the number of guests on your reservation.

Parking
The management accept no liability for loss, damage, penalties which might be sustained by any vehicle while on these premises. Please make sure to park on designated parking areas as instructed.

Smoking is not allowed- Smoking INSIDE the house will result in a $300 fine per day.

Any damages will be charged to the guest.

Late checkout fee is $100 after 30 minutes of the checkout time: 10 AM

By booking this property, guests agree to use the home and all amenities (including but not limited to pool, hot tub, stairs, decks, recreational gear, and outdoor areas) at their own risk. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss that may occur during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
The house will be all yours for your stay. We have a property manager to help assist with any of your needs.
