Uppdaterad våren 2019 - Vacker golfbana och kort promenad till stranden

Villa på 16 Water Oak har sagts vara den mest önskvärda platsen i Water Oak. Det är en slutenhet i hörnet av komplexet med massor av avskildhet och spektakulär utsikt över golfbanan från ALLA rum som har uppgraderade Pella-skjutbara glasdörrar.

Denna enhet har över $ 100 000 förbättringar sedan 2012, med de senaste uppgraderingarna våren 2019 inklusive ny färg och golv i övervåningen som ger ett fast ytgolv i hela enheten. Alla bad har nyligen uppdaterats med nya brickor, fåfängar och inventarier. Denna villa uppdaterades tidigare 2013 med ett nytt helhus Trane HVAC "Total Comfort System" inklusive luftfuktighetskontroll. I vardagsrummet finns nyligen uppdaterade möbler och en stor Samsung platt-TV med TV med en Bose Bluetooth-ljudstång. Köket har också utrustats med nya kastruller, kokkärl, köksredskap och spis.

De två sovrummen på övervåningen är utrustade med två dubbelsängar vardera. Alla fyra sängar har NYA madrasser och lådfjädrar från och med december 2016. Alla tre sovrummen har nya platt-TV med DVD-spelare och belysningsarmaturer har uppdaterats i hela villan. För att hålla kontakten finns också WiFi-internet med utskriftsfunktion.

Strax utanför vardagsrummet är ett stort däck möblerat med en ny gasgrill (våren 2017) och uteplats med utsikt över det 18: e hålet på Robert Trent Jones golfbana.

Villan ligger på en återvändsgränd med lite trafik. Det är tvärs över parkeringsplatsen från Water Oak Villas Pool. Det är en kort promenad till stranden, golf, tennis, köpbutik, hyra cyklar, kajaker, etc. Det finns cykelvägar till stranden, tennis, shopping, båtliv, fiske, butik, Marriott, Dunes House och andra bekvämligheter. Palmetto Dunes ligger mitt på ön och ligger nära restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker, banker, shopping etc.

Great Location!

This rental had it all. Location, space and tranquility. Being in the middle of the island it was close enough to attend the RBC Heritage on one end but also go to dinner at Hudson's on the opposite end of the island. It was a 20 minute drive to both.. Close to the beach and golfing.

Beautiful resort and perfect condo

We loved our place! It was set up perfectly for our family from toddlers to grandma! It was clean, had everything we needed, and peaceful on the golf course. Would recommend!

A delightful places, with great golf watching

My family and I enjoyed our week-long stay here. The rental company was easy to work with and provided flexibility when we arrived after hours to access our parking passes and access information. Great condo, spacious bedrooms, short walk to the beach, private and quiet end unit, conveniently located close to the General Store and Dunes House in Palmetto Dunes. Would stay here again!

A nice townhouse

Townhome was nice and well described and in a good location It was very clean. Just an fyi....there is nothing but towels and starter soap and dishwash. Not even salt or pepper. The washer and dryer are apt size and cannot accommodate much in a load so obviously the washer was always in use. Instead of one big load, you need to do 4 little ones which take 4x as much time.

Loved our stay

we had a great time. There was lots of space for three couples. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and pickle ball was very close too. This unit is uniquely situated such that there are views of the golf course in multiple directions making for sometimes amusing spectating.

Brothers Trips

The property could well accommodate a large family. We were delighted to have our own bathroom. Modern easy to use appliances and comfortable furnishings. Owning several timeshares over the past fifty years I noticed some wear that comes from normal use. Overall it was a privilege to have had our vacation stay while on Hilton Head.

Wish we could stay longer!

Condo was very clean with lots of space for our group of 7. Trident was very responsive to our only (very minor) issue. The coffee pot was broken-within hours of a Sunday phone call a new one was on the front porch! We rented bikes and had a blast cruising around Palmetto Dunes and to the beach, which was just a short ride away. Beach was beautiful-packed sand was great for games, running, and biking. Did one excursion-the Dolphin and Nature boat excursion through the local museum. We all loved seeing dolphins close-up and learning fun facts about the marshes and tides.

Great Time

We had a lovely time staying here. Corner lot-so we had perfect views from all decks of the Robert Trent Jones course. The pool is a one minute walk, and the beach is a 5 minute bike ride. The condo was clean, appropriately furnished, and just the right size for our group of 7. The only issue that I had was that I ordered my grocery delivery the week before arrival and the actual address is different than what you see when you book, so my groceries went to a sea pines location. I don't blame this in the owner or property manager, just a word of advice :-)

Confusion

We orig rented a 3 berm 3 bath unit, VRBO as we got close to our rental date changed the unit, fortunately I spoke with the project manager who straighten everything out., had a great time great property.

Our family of 7 spent the month of March in this lovely condo in Hilton Head. Great location, with corner lot on Robert Trent Jones golf course. Condo was very comfortable and we look forward to staying there again.

Perfect getaway

We were looking for something close to Atlanta and this has been easiest beach trip we’ve had in awhile. Great space for 2 adults and 5 kids, very comfortable, nice furnishings, low key neighborhood made bike riding easy with kids, quick bike ride to beach and not too crowded. We definitely are sold on making this our regular beach trip location.

Annual summer vacation

Very comfortable villa! Loved the golf course views. Upstairs bedrooms with private baths were perfect for our group (2 infants & 2 toddlers). Very close to pool & beach. We love coming to HHI in the summer.

Enjoyed our time on HHI

Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Small but well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course but beware of errant shots landing on the porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to play pickleball. Would have been nice to have some literature about the island as well as checkout instructions. Overall a great time. Would stay again.

Perfect for our getaway

We booked our stay at the last minute and were so lucky to find this beautiful unit. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. We used the new grill several times and loved sitting on the deck with the beautiful golf course views as we had our cocktails! My daughter still had some E-Learning to do so the printer came in handily and we never had an issue with the WiFi. We would certainly return and stay here again as we love Hilton Head Island..it is our happy place!

A Mixed Bag; read the review

While the above 5 star ratings that we gave this property are true, the furniture and downstairs king bed were uncomfortable! The living room couch & chairs so bothered our backs that we had my brother make custom boards to slide under the cushions to firm them up and give some support. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the bed. While I went upstairs to a comfortable bed, my wife couldn't because of the stairs. The tv choices were the best of any rental that we have had to date; on HHI or in other tourist areas. Internet service is high speed and dependable. A new Weber gas grill was provided and should meet most renter needs. The HVAC system is outstanding and can handle any comfort request. Overall, a great rental for most but since we are "Snowbirds" the uncomfortable furniture and bed precludes our return.

I live a few minutes away from 16 Water Oak on Haul Away. I have been living in Hilton Head for over 30 years and love our location. It is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, banking, shopping, movies, sports activities, etc.
