Seasonality:
Swimming in the lakes is open Memorial Day-Labor Day.
Basketball is open year-round.
Tennis & Volleyball courts are weather dependent and may be open through November.

Winter: The sledding hill and ski hill are available depending on the amount of snow. There is ice skating at Pilgrams Lake and ice fishing at Locust, East, or Pine Lakes, if frozen. The Recreation Department will also organize events and activities throughout fall and winter (luncheons, Pizza & Wings, Arts & Crafts, Octoberfest, Breakfast with Santa, etc).

Climate Control:
For air conditioning, there are ductless split units in the living rooms on both the bottom floor and the main level to cool the common areas. All bedrooms on the main level and upstairs have window AC units. The bottom-floor bedroom does not have one, as it's located underground and naturally stays cool.

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome well-behaved dogs!
A flat fee of $150 applies, with a maximum of three dogs allowed per stay. Guests must provide the breed and age of each dog at the time of booking. Please note that we do not allow puppies or pets that are not fully house-trained. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the home at any time, and all droppings must be picked up from the outdoor areas. No other types of pets are permitted. If you would like to bring more than three dogs, prior approval from the host is required and may be subject to an additional fee.
