Amazing property! Great kitchen, porch and deck for gathering. Creek, lawn, hot tub, pool, fire pit. Everything a group of friends needs:). Bathrooms were wonderfully updated.

Quiet retreat.

Place was very nice. Could have had maintenance - some chairs broken or missing screws and the back door could not be locked. Instructions on coffee maker would be helpful. But we had a great time. Pool was excellent and game room was nice too. Beds were very nice.

Great Vacation

The log house fit our family of 15 comfortably with one bedroom to spare. Firepit was great with several benches for all. You need to bring your own firewood or forage in the woods for kindling, sticks and logs. Pool was big enough for all to be in at one time. Fun time had by all!

Annual Family Reunion

There was plenty of room inside and out for our family activities especially since we had a rainy week. We enjoyed the fire pit, heated pool, game room and the lovely stream that runs through the property.There was a leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms which the owner has since repaired. He will compensate us for the inconvenience.

Great location, great home for large groups

We had about 20-25 people in our group for a long weekend, and the place was perfect. Everyone had a bed, there were plenty of spaces to hang out, and the location was beautiful. Everything went as smoothly as it could - definitely recommend

White Wonderland Christmas

The house accommodated us nicely. It’s spaciousness added to each individual’s comfort. Some issues with uneven heat in bedrooms but with there be so many to choose from it did not become a major issue.

Beautiful House !

The house exceeded our expectations—it was even more stunning in person! We hosted our micro-wedding with 20 family members (14 adults and 6 kids), and it was absolutely perfect for our special day. The space was just what we needed to create unforgettable memories together.

Great house, needs some work.

We had a large group so this house gave us lots of room. The owner kindly warned us that the stove/oven was broken but it took 3 days to fix. Then they were very responsive to a water leak in the upstairs bathroom that leaked down into our bedroom on the main level that never got totally fixed. The beds could use some new mattresses. Pool and hot tub were great to have as were the extra refrigerator and freezer. Highly recommend IF they do some fixing up.

Great accomodations for large group of families

Stayed with my family and a group of friends and their small children. It was a full house, but there was still plenty of room for everyone. The configuration of the house works great with small kids. We stayed 4 nights and didn't need to go anywhere--plenty of entertainment for the kids between the pool, stream, game room, etc. the house was neat and clean. Great trip and made wonderful memories!

House and property is private and very relaxing. The outdoor living area is great too and the stream is relaxing plus I saw a large rainbow trout in it.

Great place for a big family reunion

The cabin is big, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great with a small creek in the back yard. Eugene was friendly and responsive, and sent maintenance over when we had one box spring that was broken. Would definitely recommend for a big family get together.

Great stay with large group

Overall a great house for a large groups. The rooms are big and plenty of places for sleeping. We love the fact that they have a huge table that can fit all of us so we don’t have to be separated. And love that the garage is a huge play area. Communication with Eugene was also quick and efficient.

Best place for large family vacation!

We came with 5 families for an extended family vacation, and stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. We were originally booked somewhere else, but got cancelled day of! I reached out to the host, and he was able to arrange last-minute booking for us. He even let us stay late on the last day, which was very helpful! We didn't even have to leave the house. It was spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and the grounds were amazing. The creek is beautiful, and there was snow on the hill in the back - kids had a great time sledding down it! Hot tub was great, and we "explored" the woods around and the creek. Many beautiful porches. Amazing fireplace and firepit. We would love to return in the summer!

My new favorite rental

This is my new favorite place to stay in the Poconos! It’s very hard to find a house that will have all the attractions at one place. This one has it all! Huge beautifully decorated house with amazing salt water pool, game room with all the games, creek on the back with crystal clear water, fire pit, lots of comfortable beds, big dinning table that can fit my entire family and on the top of that, you have super responsive host, who answers your questions immediately. Eugene, thank you very much! It was unbelievable experience!

Wonderful Property!

We chose this property for our annual family vacation and it did not disappoint! The grounds are just beautiful, with ample space for the kids to run around and play. We all enjoyed gathering at the stream, especially in the early morning. The kids (and adults) loved the daily visits of the deer! We made good use of the fire pit and hot tub at night and the beautiful pool by day. The house itself was beautiful with so much room for the kids to play and for the adults to gather all together for meals, conversations and games, while also providing enough space for ‘alone time’ when needed, which was important for our group of 12 adults and 7 children. Adults and kids made good use of the game room. We especially loved the huge covered decks that allowed us to sit in sun or shade and which also provided shelter enabling us to sit outside even on the one rainy day we had. The 2 picnic tables on the back deck were perfect for outdoor meals and for kids craft projects! Eugene was a great host, and amazingly quick to respond to our questions and very minor requests. We were all very happy with our week at this property!

Expected better

Nice setting with large house and pool, but... maintenance of indoor equipment lacking (stove downright dangerous, leaking shower doors, several of towels that were provided still smelled of body odor). They owers also scheduled the pesticide sprayer, the lawn maintenance group, and the propane service on three consecutive days, interfering with our use of the deck. Our family gets together this same week every year and we have had a problem or two at other rentals in the past, but not this many annoyances in any one place.
