Fun safe and style

Brian’s detail made it easy to find the front door. Picked up fob garage space is safe clean and close to elevator. Nice decor wow fun party view. Easy walk, food, drink,and shopping. Yard house and Eataly. The window shade is the only challenge. Everything else 5 star.

Fabulous spot at Santana Row

What a great stay! Super clean, stylish loft with all the comforts of home. Comfortable bed and quiet space, despite being right on the Row, made for great sleep. Location can’t be beat. Owner is a pleasure and couldn’t have been more responsive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful

If you are looking for a place that is convenient to all activities, shopping, and restaurants this is the place for you. The loft is a great place to enjoy the lively happenings of Santana Row, a popular spot in San Jose. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bay Area.

Absolute perfection!

We truly enjoyed our stay on Santa Row. The condo was beautiful and immaculate. Everything Santana Row has to offer was within walking distance. You can’t beat the secure parking garage too! Check in was so easy and the information provided regarding the condo and area were very detailed!! Would happily stay again!!

Perfect spot

Perfect spot to base ourselves while dropping our daughter at college. The property was very clean and had everything we could need. Brian was super helpful with all my questions (& I had a lot)! The code/fob/garage was a bit confusing but the pictures and written information were very helpful. Having another fob would be great! Thank you so much Brian- we’ll be back!

Great location; comfortable place

Santana Row is very lively and a fun place to stay. Great alternative to hotel room with more space including kitchen and living room. We loved being able to open the sliding doors to get the fresh air and feel part of the Santana Row atmosphere. Brian is a very gracious and communicative host. We will likely stay here again.

40th Anniversary

The apartment was really interesting and comfortable. We loved being right at Santana Row, with so many choices for dining and shopping. It was very nice to have the car in a private garage with security as well. Brian was a very helpful and accommodating host.. Top marks! We will definitely stay there again. Zane

Great condo and excellent host

We stayed at Brian’s Santana Row condo for 6 nights. It was very clean and located in the heart of Santana Row. The instructions for move-in were very clear and we had no issues that required Brian’s attention throughout our stay. The private parking was easily accessible and very convenient. Also, Brian was immediately responsive and helpful when we needed to request a modification to our stay a few weeks prior to arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Accessible to many things

Great place to stay and feel safe by yourself. Surrounded by restaurants, music, shops and people. I personally stay here for that and to visit friends nearby.

Our listing on other short-term rental sites currently have more reviews for your reference. I'm a working professional in Silicon Valley who enjoys meeting people everyday. Silicon Valley is perfect for my interest ranging from technology to outdoor activities and enables me to meet with new people all the time. We do have a couple dogs that gets us out-and-about, but the loft listed is a pet-free unit for consideration of others who prefer it or need it that way.

We are all unique in our own little way, yet we all tend to share some similarities. The choices in our loft were guided by that principle to create a space that you can uniquely enjoy with your professional or personal contacts, whether in the loft itself or down below at a favorite or new restaurant you want to try.
