Escape to our beautifully renovated, ground-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the gated Amelia Island Plantation. Just a short 10-minute stroll to the beach (500 yards), this villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience!
reshly renovated and thoughtfully decorated, this Courtside Villa Condo invites travelers to come and rest awhile on beautiful Amelia Island. This one-level condo is on the ground floor and offers two bedrooms, each with their own attached full bathroom and patio. The Plantation offers access to multiple restaurants, pools, beach, bike paths, and more, and is just minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach! This beautiful condo comes with a private washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV in the family room and each bedroom, free WiFi, two private balconies, and even a community pool! The closest beach access is about 500 yards or a 10-minute walk away. The 5-star Verandah Restaurant is a 3-minute walk!

We have been coming to Amelia Island to vacation for years and love the serenity that Omni Amelia Island Plantation offers. In 2025, we decided to purchase a property and share that experience with others so they too can create lasting memories on Amelia Island.

Nestled within Courtside Villas, the property is surrounded by vegetation and feels secluded, yet is in the heart of the Omni community. With a close walk to the Omni Hotel as well as several of the amenities, this Courtside Villa Condo's locations is one of the best kept secrets in the plantation!
