Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Mermaid Mansion is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 8 comfortably. This home is pet-friendly with a $200 Non-refundable pet fee. This home welcomes you to a spacious, open living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, even a crockpot, making meal-prepping easy. You and your guests can gather around the eating bar area and dining table to enjoy meals together. The comfy furniture in the living room provides the perfect seating area for talking and watching your favorite streaming movies and shows. You can connect to the WiFi by entering the username and password provided for you. You and your guest will enjoy sitting on the deck watching sunrises and sunsets while drinking your favorite beverage.
The covered area downstairs is perfect for grilling, eating at the picnic table, children running around laughing, and of course taking refreshing showers after a fun-filled day on the beach which is just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
