We had such a great time at this property. It was dog friendly so we could take our dachshund. The Host's were absolutely fabulous to come by and check but not overbearing. I liked them so much I wanted to invite them for dinner!!!

Quiet get-a-way

Property was very clean and perfect location to the beach. Easy walk or quick trip by car/golf cart. We will definitely be staying here again!

Pet friendly. The gate encompasses the stairwell and makes it easy to let the dog in and out. And keeps them safe while getting ready to load up to go to the beach. Rooms are plenty big and comfortable.

Great property! Excellent beach access. Pet friendly. Had all the kitchen tools we needed. Had to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels. Great communication from the property owner! She was very kind and helpful! Would love to rent again.

We liked that we could book just one night and bring our dog. Nice property and perfect bedrooms for two families with one child each, or one family with 3-4 kids.

Cozy and the right fit for us

The propriety had a cozy feel to it and was clean and comfortable to stay in. The location was roughly a 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

Such a great property! Perfect size for our family of 5. The beach is super close and pretty much what you need to get to on the peninsula is within 5 minutes. Would definitely come back!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed returning to Bolivar peninsula. The home was in a very nice neighborhood and was well decorated and stocked. They had great outdoor furnishings both upstairs and on the ground level. I appreciated how clean everything was.

While Galveston is just a free ferry ride away, we like the peace and quiet of Crystal Beach. Peggy Macs is located in the preferred, quiet, family friendly subdivision called Sandy Shores, yet centrally located. We enjoy watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck and stargazing at night. And of course, the beaches are fantastic.

Our cabin is just a short walk to the beach and close to anything and everything you may need, whether it's the gocery store, the shops and restaurants, the marina, or the water slide. It's all right there!!! And in the preferred Sandy Shores subdivision! WIFI available.
