Maravilla is a POPULAR destination for Families or group looking for an AMAZING getaway. Cross the street and you are at the beach! TOP RATED, Gated community with 2 pools, a hot tub, and pickleball courts. The resort has private beach access so it is definitely not overcrowded. Restaurants w/in walking distance and a Gulf View from the spacious patio. What more can you ask for?
After a long day at the beach, unwind at your relaxing condo with your favorite drink.
*Attention*Exterior Renovation taking place now until May 10, 2025. Crews work Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm. Prices have been adjusted to reflect this. The balcony has been released and is available for guests to use
The Fabulous Space:
-3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (fully renovated)
-2 King Beds, 2 Twin beds and can accommodate up to 8 guests
-Located on the 3rd floor
-Large balconies off the living room and master bedroom for gulf views
-Fully remodeled kitchen with new appliances
Resort Style Amenities:
-Beach Service (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) is provided between Mar-Oct, free of charge
-Two pools (one heated seasonally and one beachside)
-Tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court
-2.5 acres of private beach access
-6 miles of beachfront walking and cycling paths
-Charcoal grills and picnic area
-Golf Cart Rentals allowed
-Bikes on property available for rent
-Kayaks and Paddleboards are available for rent Mid March to October.

I have traveled across continents and I think Destin has some of the best waters I have swam in. I love hosting and making people feel at home. Cleanliness is definitely a priority followed by comfort and convenience. I take a lot of pride in doing this and being on this platform so I hope your experience is a memorable one!
