Den rosa damen, som byggdes vid sekelskiftet, har nyligen renoverats och uppdaterats till dagens moderna standard. Det finns två-zonad AC så att alla stannar mycket bekvämt, höghastighets WIFI, kabel, fullt utrustat kök, grill och stor gräsmatta.

På 3000 kvadratmeter är hemmet ett av de mest rymliga uthyrningsbolagen i det historiska distriktet. Hemmet är möblerat med högkvalitativa nya möbler (inklusive sängar) och vackra antikviteter. Hemmet sover upp till 12 personer, i 4 sovrum och den helt nya drottning sovande i vardagsrummet. Huvudnivån sovrummet fungerar som en privat levande svit med säng och bad.

What a great spot!

We came with family and friends for a week in Lewes. Our stay at the Pink Lady house was amazing. It is a delightful, spacious, well-supplied house that everyone enjoyed. Communication with the property owner/manager was quick and easy. The house bikes were in good condition, the beach chairs were great, and there were plenty of house beach towels for everyone! The basics in the kitchen (oil, salt, spices, sugar) made for easy cooking when we wanted. We didn’t have to worry about linens—all supplied—so logistically it was also uncomplicated. Overall, staying at this house made it easy to have a fantastic beach week for family!

Slice of summer heaven

Everything about our stay was top notch. Beautiful, well-appointed home centrally located to town and the bay. We loved everything about our stay from morning coffee on the wrap-around porch to the cozy TV room and elegant dining room for pasta dinner with extended family who live in nearby Dewey. Loved the quaint little town as well. Great restaurants! House and gardens are gorgeous! Thank you!

Couldn’t be better

Just fabulous, as we noted in the registry book by the front door! Kitchen was loaded for all kinds of cooking and meals. We easily served 12 at the dining room table and another night 15 scattered around the sunroom and outdoors. Bedrooms were perfect. Having new fenced in yard was great for having kids there. Plenty of parking, shed was loaded with beach toys and bikes. Easy to walk into town to the shops and restaurants or walk to the canal, or even to the beach. Or we could drive to the beach or ride bikes there same with going to Henlopen SP, which was loaded with things to do. My nephews loved the disc golf there, we loved the small waves with the boogie boards, Others liked the bike trails. I could say more, but will stop by noting this was all very reasonably priced. Thx!

“The Beautiful Pink House”

Our family had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Christine is responsive and gracious. The home is beautiful, historic and well looked after. Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed a wonderful July 4 parade right from the porch. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Lewes!

Couples biking getaway

We are 3 couples who try different places to bike and enjoy getting the know the area. This house was situated within biking distance of the trails, walking distance of town and very near beaches.. The house was very quiet, well organized. and large enough for us all to gather. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pink Lady is a true gem!

What an amazing vacation home! We celebrated our Mom’s 80th birthday in our favorite town and could not have been more pleased. We had a four night stay, ranging in ages from 16 to 87 and the house was spacious and provided us with everything we needed to create an extremely memorable family celebration. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we left you a bottle of wine! Can’t wait to stay in your home again. Cheers!

Great house and great location

We were a group of four women who like to play bridge and shop and eat! We sometimes stay in hotels, but we wanted to each have separate bedrooms and this house has four bedrooms. It was a very pleasant surprise that the house not only had four bedrooms, but was spic and span clean And had anything we needed. It’s two blocks from LEWES shopping area and less than a mile to the beach. Their shed had chairs umbrellas, beach toys and bikes. Everything you would need for a family trip to the beach. We had good luck in that the weekend was in the 70s to 80 the last week in October. So had a great two days at the beach. Definitely would come again.Owner/manager responded to our questions immediately.

Incredible Property

Incredible stay at the Pink Lady for a long weekend, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Just a short drive away from beach access at cape Henelopen state park. Also very walkable to downtown Lewes. The home literally had everything you could need. All cooking supplies both inside and out (grill and grill utensils). Incredibly clean and parking for 3 cars on property was a plus! Plenary of room for a family of 8.

Very pleasant stay in Lewes

The house itself is in great shape, and the furnishings are much more substantial than we've often found in rental properties. The shed contained a lot of beach equipment--umbrellas and boogie boards, along with a wheeled basket for hauling them. It also had a bunch of bicycles. Lewes itself is charming, and Cape Henlopen state park is a gem. In August, there was a lot of first-rate local produce available.

The perfect beach house for family getaway!

The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed - from extra pillowcases to a spare hairdryer to every kitchen utensil and gadget we could want. The extra bicycles and beach gear were a great plus!

Family vacation

The Pinklady is a lovely and very comfortable house with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed a backyard barbecue and some of our family used the available bikes. The kitchen is particularly well furnished with quality appliances and pots and pans and anything you need to cook a meal. Our family enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful week in Lewes

This was our second time staying at the Pink Lady, and again, it was great. Plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out, the house was well stocked, and the location is wonderful-- walking distance to town, and close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property

This is a beautiful, historic house that you can tell has been lovingly restored and now has all the amenities one could ask for and then some. The location is fantastic too, a it's also a very short walk from downtown Lewes and other shopping. You could probably eat at a different place every night for a week and not walk more than 10 minutes.

Love Lewes, nice home close to everything

This is a spacious home, lots of character, well-maintained and updated. The walk to town is easy and to bay beach is doable, very close to ocean beach by car, or bike maybe if you don’t mind the heat and travel light. Pretty yard but patio table was too small for our family and it was a heatwave so we enjoyed dinners in the all-season room. It is a busier street in front but side street is quiet with ample parking.

Great house for 3 generation family vacation!

This was our first time renting in Lewes after many years of summer vacations in Rehoboth. The house is lovely and allowed us to have 10 people stay together comfortably without feeling crowded. Some of us brought our own bikes and some used the bikes in the shed (was great that there are an assortment to choose from). We biked to the beach, to Rehoboth (on the junction breakwater trail), and took our bikes on the ferry to Cape May. If you have people stay on the sofa in the family room (my 13 year old and her friend did), be aware that the first floor bathroom is inside the bedroom with twin beds and not directly accessible. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoy having meals at the house. The house is close to town and it’s easy to walk or bike or drive in. Overall we really enjoyed the “pink lady!”

A lovely Victorian property that was well maintained and very convenient (easy walking distance) to town center. The house was well stocked with essentials. It was great not to have to immediately go to the store after arrival to get paper products or cooking or cleaning supplies.

Nice house close to historic Lewes!

Our stay at the Pink Lady was a family reunion with our adult children and their friends. The house was clean and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were of ample size. There are 4 bedrooms with one of the bedrooms on the first floor which is perfect for guests who wish not to climb stairs. The house was furnished with all of the amenities as outlined in the listing (i.e. - plates, silverware, paper product, beach chairs, etc). We often walked to Lewes town center to enjoy the local restaurants and shops. Our visit was during the July 4th week so we were able to enjoy the local fireworks from Lewes and also watched the July 4th Do-Dah Parade from the large front porch of the house. Lewes Beach is a little bit of a hike (a little less than a mile) so taking a car to the beach was our mode of transportation. Beach parking was not an issue for us. We did run into one issue. The internet was down when we first arrived. Chris was responsive in trying to get the internet fixed over the July 4th weekend however, we were without internet for 2 days and the cell service was spotty when you are in the house. Overall we enjoyed our family reunion at the Pink Lady.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful long weekend, lots of room to spread out with numerous amenities. Although the weather did not cooperate, we still had a wonderful time as there is plenty to do nearby. Plenty of shopping and eateries in Lewes, we will be back!

Great family vacation in Lewes

This is a lovely, well-maintained property with a fully equipped kitchen which makes meal prep a snap. It is an easy walk to the charming shopping/restaurant district, walking path, etc, and an easy drive or bike ride to the beach. Very peaceful, quiet and pretty.

Great home for a big group!

There were 6 adults and one child and we had more than enough room! Very homey and comfortable master bathroom was updated and beautiful! Loved this house! Loved that we could use the bikes and bike to town. We could walk to firehouse pharmacy loyds market etc we used grill and loved that they had games to play too! Would stay again! I’m picky about mattresses and have a hard time sleeping away from home and the mattresses were so comfortable not to hard and not too soft ! More than enough closet space also!! Thank you again Christine!!

We've been coming to Lewes for well over 30 years and absolutely love it here. It's a special town and well-kept secret. When our children were young we found Lewes Beach to be the perfect sand-castle building spot. Now that they are older, they still enjoy the beach but also take full advantage of the kayaking, fishing, bicycling and shopping options around town. We never run out of things to do or places to explore in Lewes. When we need a little more hustle-bustle we head over to Rehoboth for the boardwalk (Funland is the favorite boardwalk attraction) but we are always very happy to return to Lewes.

On one of my early trips to Lewes I noticed this house, and more importantly all the fun that people were having on the porch, and fell in love with it immediately. It just looked like a fun, comfortable place to be, and it became my dream to own a place like this. When this very house was listed for sale it was a dream come true. I am thrilled to be able to share this special home with others.
