Three spacious bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, formal dining room, huge living room, separate breakfast nook, and private laundry room. One bedroom converts into a cozy den. Lots of peaceful outdoor-living space too. Tandem parking for two cars in the driveway.
Located on a quiet, leafy street lined with gracious old homes, youâll be within a ten-minute walk to fun restaurants and bars on LaBrea and Wilshire and convenient shopping at Sprouts and Target. By car, youâre ten minutes from Hollywoodâs Walk of Fame, West Hollywood, Beverly Hillsâ Rodeo Drive, Pan Pacific park, and the Grove and Farmerâs Market. Whole Foods, Ralphs, and Trader Joes are all nearby. Drive to Universal Studios in twenty minutes and Disneyland in forty-five. Take a beautiful, twenty-five-minute walk to visit the Academy Motion Picture Museum, the Peterson Car Museum, and LA County Museum of Art with its iconic Urban Light. Miracle Mile Historic Preservation Overlay is a beautiful, safe, quiet, leafy neighborhood right in the heart of Los Angeles. It's highly walkable and the homes are all Spanish Revival, Deco, and Norman Revival, so it's really architecturally interesting as well.
