Cozy condo with WiFi in lovely Daytona Beach
Consider this studio/condo your home away from home while you visit Daytona Beach. This adorable studio offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including WiFi, heating, and AC. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and Daytona Beach has to offer.
Come and enjoy the Wonderful beach in this 9th floor studio, sleeps up to 4 people that has been updated with South views of the beach/ocean/city.

-New full size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress
-37" TV
-Stand up Balcony
-table with charging station and two bar stools.
-two folding tables.
-Kitchenette has a full fridge, ice maker, two stove top burners, microwave, Keurig coffee, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. Linens and towels are provided. Two Beach Towels.
-Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer
It is furnished to have a comfortable and relaxing vacation.
-Wi-Fi Free
-Parking - One parking pass per reservation. Parking pass is in the room and must be returned upon checkout to avoid a $60 fee.

Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. The outdoor pools, pool deck, indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee. Limited parking is available in front of the building. Parking is available walking across the street behind Bellaire Plaza, off Plaza Blvd.
Beach access is available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building.
This 9th floor studio/condo is located at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference which is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond. WIFI - free, Parking. On-site laundry coin operated 2nd to 5th floors Conveniently located across the street from Bellaire Plaza for shopping or dining. Some of the places are Publix (Grocery), Walgreen's, Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Denny's, and many more restaurants. Approx. 2.5 miles to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center, Pier and Main Street. 15 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. Approx. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.
