House was very nice - comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Great location. Checkin and checkout was simple and easy. Property managers were attentive and responsive. A great stay overall.

This house is located on a busy corner with no sidewalks. The only water that is close to the house has no access and is blocked by the neighbors houses and landscaping. The positive is that the location is relatively close to beaches and shopping by car. It was mentioned there is a water view on the third floor but it was a barely a sliver of water through the trees. Although the kitchen was well stocked, the knives were dangerously dull and the pots and pans were in bad shape which were not replaced when I complained so we bought our own. The house was fairly clean inside but the outside property was overgrown and messy to the point where the backyard was not an enjoyable space to relax. When I complained, the landscapers came and cut back some of the overgrowth but it was disruptive and probably about 25% of the work that needs to be done. I started weeding the patio at first ,then called and they came and cleaned and washed around. The patio needs to be power washed not just hosed off. The outdoor furniture pillows were full of mildew which were replaced during our stay. If you're looking for a big, bright home with lots of space this house is for you. If a beautiful landscaped backyard is what you're looking for then it is not. The beds were comfortable. I was surprised anyone would give this house a 10 out of 10 rating which I feel is misleading.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It accommodates many more than just our family of three but we took advantage of having choices of rooms/beds. It is a spacoius and well lit (natural light) property that is close to the commons and beaches. Like some areas of cape there aren't sidewalks in the neighborhood and the Cape generally does not have many public playgrounds for kid play. The one improvement to the property we suggest is to upgrade the size of the hot water tank to allow for uninterrupted baths/showers, especially given the number of people it can accomodate.
