A great, 3-generational vacation!

The Lincoln area has something for any age - the youngest great grand child at 8 to the 80+ great Gramma. A beautiful indoor pool was a terrific benefit when a brief summer storm swept thru. The condo lived up to its description and the staff was totally responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Ok Stay

The apartment was nice and well located in Lincon with close by attractions. But it is just good in case you want to stay near to attractions. The house does not had TV working , no tissues roll ( had one for stay of 3 night stay ) , internet was not good and no much kids entertainments stuff. Inconvenient for trash disposal.to Overall Ok to stay.

Long weekend

This unit was just right for our weekend away. The condo was neat, clean, comfortable and layed out nicely. The refrigerator in the kitchen would not get cold enough for us to use it, but there was a fridge in another room that did work fine. Proximity to the pools was a short drive or a nice walk. We stayed at the outdoor pool on our first day and then went to Santa's Village for the kids. I would recommend this condo for other families with young children.

Family getaway

Place was not clean at all your paying for a cleaning fee for what dirty fans didnt work windows some didnt open blinds didnt go up 2 acs one shut off first night that was it couldnt open window fans broken had to go and buy fans to top off all that the mold in downstairs bedroom black mold my family members left they had kids 1 and 3 with asthma they were afraid the mold in upstairs the shower head forget it and had to be disturbed by waiting for a fridge to be delivered and sign for it i would recommend nobody stay here until the mold issue is fixed and shame on you loon mountain reservations for not doing anything about it this place should of never been rented out i did finish my stay with the rest of my family we shut the door to that room didnt use upstairs bathroom because i paid for a getaway to enjoy but didnt really enjoy i really want all my money back and this place should not be rented out until its cleaned up !!! And took pictures of it all

Great space

The space is great. Plenty of room for our 10 people. Only a couple minor complaints. The second to last night the smoke detector went off. (These things happen) It was addressed quickly the next day when we called. The fridge never got really cold we followed the instructions and didn’t change settings (we lost a couple gallons of milk and some deli meats). There is a 2nd fridge in the laundry room though we used that for the rest of the trip. It rained a lot and the carpet in the closet of one of the basement bedrooms was wet during the rain. The house was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The place was clean and spacious. The things that were wrong were just little thing that I’m sure happen among rental properties. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again.

Very nice place

The location is close to everything the White Mnts have to offer. Two minor complaints: the stove top was very finicky and hard to regulate the heat and 2) there ware only a few spoons so we were continually washing them. Having said that, we’d come back.

Loon Condo

Nice Condo but many broken items

Service man came and looked at refrigerator but never said what was wrong and if it could be fixed, he just left. There were also fans in the lower bedrooms that didn't work as well.

Wonderful stay in Lincoln

The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool at the rec center was perfect for lap swimming, staff there every day were very nice. Woodstock, Littleton, the notch and the Kancamangus were all close by for a bare of activities.

Great place for a family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect size for 12. We brought my son and his family and my daughter and her family. (6 kids under 6). We brought 2 gates for the staircases - a must with little ones. Dealing with the Loon Reservation Service was easy and everyone was nice and helpful. Our only issue was that we were looking forward to using the fireplace but thedoors were broken. We were only told the day before coming so that was a bummer but understandable. However, we found glass from these doors all through the living room carpet and under dining table-not cool with babies. We cleaned it up and did not call guest services. Just glad we found it before the babies did. Having use of the pool was a great bonus for the kids. We were able to get a late checkout as well which was so helpful to let naps happen before packing up.

A great vacation!

There was plenty of room for us to have our privacy & being located at the end of “the kanc” was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of restaurants & grocery store being a couple miles down the road was a nice convenience. Only slight disappointment was the dirty coffee pot & 3 crushed plastic cups under the tv stand in the living room. Other than that unit was clean & would definitely rent here again. Thanks for a great vacation.
